This bright and airy home is located on the west shore of Big Glen Lake, making it the perfect location for a lakeside getaway.

With a spacious interior, this home boasts so many comfortable spaces to relax. Gather in the living room for a group movie night, or hide away in the den with a good book and keep warm by the fireplace. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen for whipping up tasty meals or lakeside snacks.

Outside, guests can enjoy the 78 feet of lake frontage. Sit out on a lounge chair and enjoy the view of the lake. Or partake in some water activities. After dark, make use of the firepit to stay warm while stargazing and swapping stories.

Winter wonderland!
Conveniently located in the hub of all the fun winter activities! Property is a great location for people to spread out, and enjoy some quiet time. All good, no complaints, and a nice time up north. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home
This home was in a lovely location right across from Glen Lake and very close to the quaint downtown. It was clean with very nice furnishings and very well stocked. I could recommend the home but we had very frustrating experiences with the management company, which have not been resolved.

Magical!
A fabulous September get away. The property was well equipped and the lake access was perfect! A great location for a group. The text messaging leading up to our stay was proactive and they quickly responded with questions I had. We will definitely come back!

Best Rental to Date
We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was our favorite so far. The property was clean and had anything you needed for a great time. We enjoyed a fire by the lake, went swimming and just chilled on the deck. We were able to hit the dunes, Glen Arbor, Traverse City and the wineries. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Early Christmas Celebrations
The house and accommodations were very good, the only problem was the driveway, covered with ice and snow with no means to clean it. I went to hardware in Glen Arbor and bought $50 worth of snow melt product and used used it all. It was very unsafe, took three tries to get up drive way, slid back almost into the road way. Fortunately no one fell. If this home stays as a winter rental, owner or VACASA needs to have a driveway cleaning contract in place.

We enjoyed our stay in Glen Arbor. We loved being 5 minutes from sleeping bear dunes, and very close to wineries and Traverse city. The lake is beautiful

Beautiful place!!
Perfect location for all the sleeping bear dunes things to see and do!! My kids loved the bunk room downstairs and the dock was so nice to have. They enjoyed the water. Just be sure to towel and rinse because several people in my family got swimmers itch. We had no idea. The road is kinda busy so be careful cross to the water but otherwise it’s a beautiful place and in the states most beautiful location. We slept well and felt at home on vacation!

The perfect fall getaway location
This home was the perfect place for our large group of family to stay. We all enjoyed the games and books. The view of the lake was nice and the fire pit area was nice and welcoming in the evenings. It was nice having the two living spaces and each level fit each family well. We hope to be back next fall.

I booked this trip to celebrate my husbands 50th bday. It started out with a driveway covered in ice and snow and my husband had to shovel. We were told the management does not provide salt. Withen a few hours of arriving my allergies started. I am very allergic to dogs and cats. I reached out to the management team and they apologized. I ended up cleaning off the furniture the best I could with a lint tape roller but just stayed off the furniture in the front room. The following day we found the kitchen to be full of mice poop. I reached out to the management company and was told somone would be out. Shortly later a woman came with mouse traps. I explained there was poop everywhere and she said the cleaning crew would not be out until the next day. I had to clean everything myself with a small bottle of dishsoap. I had a couple kitchen towels and a small bottle of dishsoap and that is it. I did several loads of dishes and once the items came out I placed in a tote I brought since the mice kept appearing with more poop. We did catch 2 mice with the traps but management stopped responding to me. I already cancelled my upcoming trip in Oct. I will never stay anywhere where the name vacasa is. I have yet to hear back. I want money back for my trouble. I am very dissappointed in this trip. The house was stunning and the furniture was beautiful but what good is it when it is full of pet dander and mouse poop all over the kitchen.

Love the name of this property. It is lovely, and as described. There is a lovely office area for anyone who needs to work. The beds were comfortable and I really loved the sitting room off to the side of the house where we watched a lot of the Olympics in the evenings. We loved it and hope to stay again. This is not a negative but something I wish I had known better when booking because we traveled with two older people with mobility issues. The house is on a steep grade and there are a lot of stairs. My elderly parents struggled a bit getting suitcases into the house. Just something to consider if you are traveling along and have mobility concerns.

Beautiful property
Our trip to the Glen Lake/Glen Arbor area was fantastic. We were pleased to find that the property, its furnishings, and its cleanliness matched the images provided online. Another great feature was the private access to the dock and fire pit just across the road from the property. Additionally, we found the property management company conveniently located nearby and they were very accommodating for our late check-in. We highly recommend this property and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Many thanks to the owner!
