The location really couldn't be better - just a half block from Duval. The front porch was a great place to securely lock up our bikes where they were out of the weather. Everything was clean and the pool was nice to ;).
Location was excellent! Short stroll to Duval Street but just far enough away to not hear the noise when it was time to go back to our room and chill. Room was very clean and had exactly what we needed & expected. Would definitely stay at this property again and will recommend to others.
It was in the perfect location and the owners were very accommodating. Our wedding was the day we checked in and they were gracious enough to allow us an early check in for my husband to get ready there.
Half a block from Duval Street. Close walk to Mallory Square. Older building but very clean.
Only downfall was no dish cloths and needs more electrical outlets.
It was my 50th Birthday and the place was clean and well kept. Pool nice and secluded and just far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle of Duval Street but just about 50 steps to the heart of Duval! Definitely would stay again.
Location made this property worth the stay. we had a vehicle which we only used to get to the property from the airport and back and for a trip to Fort Zachary beach . I was a little disappointed that there was not a washer and dryer on site and that parking in my opinion was overpriced . Overall we had a great vaca and loved being right near all Key West main attractions including Duval Street!

Excellent
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very close to Duval Street but not too close and all was quiet at the house. Great location to walking to just about everywhere in the Historical district. We only had to Uber twice. Will stay there again.
This property was everything it promised in the listing. Very quaint and oh so convenient. Just a short walk out the door and you are on Duval Street. The management was awesome to work with. Always promptly answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend this property.
Unit was very clean. Excellent location. Nice private pool. Sofa was wore out and uncomfortable. Unit had an odor that we couldn't figure out. Some type of chemical smell. Possibly some type of cleaning agent. Not a pleasant smell.
We came down to Key West for a quick in and out trip to check the Dry Tortugas off our National Park Bucket List. I chose this property because of the reviews and the location. IT WAS PERFECT! The location couldn't have been better. Quick walk to everything and right off Duval Street, BUT quiet! Great to be able to park our vehicle right out front and drop by the unit in between shopping and eating adventures.
Bed was way too hard for us. But management had cleaning staff cushion it so it was better for last 4 out of 5 nights. Shower water pressure way too low. Otherwise, it was a good stay and convenient to most restaurants and stores and things to do.
The location was great for roaming Duval Street and neighborhoods. It was in an Alley.
The home was extremely dark and the 2 windows that could be opened was where others to walk by inches away so had to have them mostly closed at all times. bathroom door stuck and to close it you had to push so hard it made a banging sound. Coffee Pot had to be moved to the cooktop because where it was the cord was too short for the plug.
The pool was nice and when we asked they heated it up just enough to be comfortable. That was very nice.
Without a doubt the best part of this place is the location. We were 1/2 block from Duval Street and all the bars and restaurants. A 1/2 block the other way to the marina area.
We had an issue with the door lock and the manager uickly replaced it while we were out. No issue having to get a new code or anything like that.
The bedroom is quite small. So small that the dresser is the TV stand in the family room because it would not fit in the bedroom. But we were comfortable sleeping. There is a window air conditioner in the room, which for us created the perfect white noise. If there was noise from neighbors or Duval Street we would have never known.
We didn't use the pool, but the area is nice and the water was heated. If we had stayed longer we certainly would have used it. We would stay again next time we are in Key West!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Très bien situé
Bien situé pour se balader sur l’avenue Duval. Seul bémol le divan lit est médiocre.
Great property located steps from Duval St. The living room and kitchen were large for the keys. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast in the morning. It could use more outlets in the kitchen for the available appliances. Plenty of towels and pillows/blankets for the pullout couch. The mattresses could be updated but they weren't too bad. We had trouble with our access code and management sent someone to help quickly. We had no major issues and would stay here again.
