Ferienhäuser Alpenglück - House Plattenbichl Holiday home with sauna and whirlpool

On a spacious 155 square meters, the modern family house in traditional Alpine style offers space for 6 to 8 people. The holiday home, newly built in 2019, has three bedrooms with double beds (all with LED flat TV) and two bedrooms with a sofa bed each. The open kitchen with state-of-the-art electrical appliances and the living area with sofa, LED flat screen TV and stereo invite you to a cozy get-together. There is also a fireplace for cozy evenings.

The house has a large double garage. In the garden, our sauna house invites you to relax.

The two bathrooms have double sinks and a single sink, two showers and underfloor heating. A separate guest toilet is available on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and a hair dryer.

You can soak up the sun on our balcony and the beautiful terrace and refresh yourself in the good mountain air of Oberstdorf. Of course, our double garage u and your own ski and bike room are available. The finest vacation!

All you could hope for

The stay in Oberstdorf and in particular this home provided a family or 6 between the ages of 11-80, an ideal holiday. We could relax or be as active as we wanted in the comfort of a beautiful home in close proximity to downhill, skat-, and cross country skiing, hockey games, ski jump competitions, hiking and cafes.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Von Spülmaschinentabs über Waschmittel bis zu Kaffeemaschinenkapseln war wirklich für alles gesorgt.Die Fausssauna und der Whirlpool im Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt wunderbar abgerundet.

Perfekt!

Waren mit meinen Eltern und zwei Hunden fünf Nächte dort und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Besonders für Hundehalter hervorzuheben ist der komplett umzäunte Garten. Super sauber und ausgestattet ist das Haus auch für große Gruppen perfekt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Oberstdorf

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Oberstdorf verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus Alpenglück in der Plattenbichlstraße ist ein geräumiges Haus (wir waren zu 6), welches viel Platz und Komfort bietet. Der Terrassen/Gartenbereich, in dem man auch die Fasssauna und den Whirlpool findet, ist ausreichend um Entspannung zu finden. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und jeweils mit einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer im EG hat ein kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Das Bad oben im Dachgeschoß, in dem sich auch die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer befinden, ist etwas größer (auch mit begehbarer Dusche). Toll ist natürlich auch der Kühlschrank mit eingebautem Eiswürfelspender. Der Küchen-Wohnbereich ist auch ausreichend für 6 Personen, so das man einen schönen Aufenthalt verbringen kann. Uns hat es gut gefallen, dass das Haus mit Holzparkett ausgestattet ist und auch sonst viel Holz verarbeitet wurde (Lampen, Dekoartikel, Schränke). Hier lässt es sich gut urlauben.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage. Wir waren mit Familie und Kindern da und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Sauna mit Whirlpool hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

CHRISTMAS PARADISE

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our Christmas vacation with our son, his wife and our two grandchildren. The spaciousness was so wonderful for everyone, contributing to a very special time for us together. the kitchen, dining room and sitting room made for amazing Holiday dinners and visiting. The location was ideal for hiking and the ski gondolas. A superb facility.

Komfortables Ferienhaus

Unsere Zeit im Ferienhaus Plattenbichlstr war sehr erholsam. Die Aufteilung und das hochwertig eingerichtete Haus bieten einen sehr gute Basis für einen angenehmen ,komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool und die Fasssauna im Garten haben wir sehr genossen.

Super schönes Haus Top Ausstattung

Wirklich ein schönes Haus in einem klasse Zustand. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sauna, Whirlpool, kleiner Garten, Grill, alles in nahezu neuem Zustand. Hier macht man nichts falsch und kann den Urlaub wirklich genießen! Etwas schade ist allerdings, dass man Sauna und Whirlpool nur bis 20 Uhr nutzen darf.

Wunderschöne hochwertige Unterkunft

Wir haben mit der Familie einige schöne Tage im Haus verlebt. Die Bilder im Internet halten was sie versprechen. Uns erwartete eine hochwertige, moderne und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Nach kurzer Zeit fühlten wir uns fast wie zu Hause. Die Fasssauna war bei Regentagen wunderbar. Die Gartenausstattung mit Grill, Liegen und Gartenmöbeln optimal für Sonnentage. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Selbst eine Nespressomaschine ist verfügbar. Dies war in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Für zwei Autos steht eine Garage zur Verfügung - auch toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte via Tresor und PIN. In Coronazeiten optimal. Nun ein kleiner Optimierungspunkt...aber wirklich nur ein Punkt, der in keiner Weise die extrem positive Gesamtbeurteilung beeinflusst: Die Anzahl der Küchentücher (2) ist etwas gering. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traum-Urlaub im Luxus-Appartement

Die Objektbeschreibung war nicht übertrieben: Es handelt sich um ein absolutes Luxus-Ferienhaus. 2019 neu erbaut, die Inneneinrichtung alpin und doch modern, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Highlight war immer nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag die Entspannung im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, wahlweise mit einem kühlen Bier oder einem Aperol-Spritz. Wir haben zusammenfassend den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder einmal das Appartementhaus buchen.

PERFEKT!

Schon als wir zur Türe reinkamen waren wir vom Alpenglück hin und weg...die Bilder hatten uns bei der Buchung überzeugt, aber in der Realität ist es noch schöner. Neues, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Für unseren Kurzurlaub hätten wir keine bessere Unterkunft finden können. Der Whirlpool hat dem Ganzen nochmal die Krone aufgesetzt. Hier kann man nach dem Wandern bis 20.00 Uhr entspannen.

Tolles Feriendomizil mit allem was zum Wohlfühlen dazugehört. Einfach perfekt!

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage in Oberstdorf. Wandertouren, oder die Ortsmitte sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat schöne, helle Zimmer mit sauberen und schönen Bädern. Es ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Whirlpool war ein toller Ausgleich zu den Wandertouren in den Bergen. Alles war perfekt und das Ferienhaus ist nur weiter zu empfehlen!
