The room itself was great. Very clean, described accurately, no issue there. However, the building itself isn't maintained well. Access control was a problem. Elevators were hit or miss with the key rob, and also weren't very clean. The door handle needs replaced since the key only works a certain way, and if you don't get it right, you can't get in.
The property location is great. Building under construction and so is the gate getting in and out of property . Instructions need updating if VRBO guests are expected to enter at this location for lock box. Condo is great but the lock on the door is not easy to get in and should be fixed instead of trying to explain how to turn the key past the unlock status
Great location. Had everything needed, especially appreciated the extras left like laundry soap, and shower toiletries. Pick up street car right out front. Free coffee 24/7 in the game room. Host was perfect! I highly recommend it here.

Very nice 20th floor condo at Sky on Main. Right by the library and streetcar line-so convenient to River Market, Crossroads, KCPL areas. Had everything we needed/nicely appointed. A note: take key card out of pouch to activate elevator use (and unfortunately no luggage storage option) Don’t miss Mildred’s around the corner-great coffee. Ease with communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
This is a very nice place to stay. The host is outstanding, great location, quiet, and clean. It's a secure building, parking is easy and convenient. Nicely equipped, very comfortable.

This is a great location for a stay in the city. Within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment in the heart of downtown, but also on the city car route if you prefer not to walk or drive. The host provided detailed directions for an easy check in and the security staff was also very friendly and helpful. Parking is always a challenge downtown but the gated covered lot at the library was right across the street for an additional fee. Will stay again next time we are in KC.
If you want to stay downtown, this spot was a great location as the free streetcar was in front of the building. A few things kept us from 5 stars.
Maintenance was lacking (dirty filter and dirty heat exchanger on the Bosch dryer) and no instructions for the either washer or dryer. The pocket door between bedroom and bathroom had loose track and wouldn't close completely. And the hose on shower spray was leaking badly.
There was the bare minimum of non-absorbent towels -2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and no bath mat. Calls to host resolved none of these issues.
Parking was around the corner in a pay lot. Construction in the commercial areas of the building and parking issue made loading and unloading problematic. We were told there was construction in the building garage when we booked last month but other tenants were able to park there.
If these issues were resolved the unit could be 5 star.
There is a nice little breakfast/ lunch shop in lobby but they are closed on weekend.
