The Tides at TOPS'L is a Gulf-front property on a gorgeous stretch of Miramar Beach. On the grounds, you'll find two beachfront pools, a sundeck, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym for your morning workouts. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is immediately east, while the many restaurants, shops, and attractions of Miramar Beach await all along the Emerald Coast Parkway.
This condo sits on the west face of the resort, greeting you as you enter with central air-conditioning and a wall of glass framing the balcony, the city around you, and a peek of the Gulf. It's a wonderful space for spending time with your loved ones, whether you're preparing meals in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, reading the newspaper at the breakfast bar, or sitting down for a homemade dinner in the formal dining area illuminated by a mirrored wall.
In the evenings, leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer, settle in on the sofas for a movie in the living room, or simply retire to a bedroom - each of which has its own TV and an attached bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
