Lakeside Landing, part of the Broken Branch Properties family at Pine Lake Resort, is the perfect destination for couples, friends and family to gather and connect amongst the towering trees and peaceful waters. LAKESIDE LANDING IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME, AND ALSO HAS A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

The Space

Spanning over 3100 sq feet of interior living space, the open concept living area, custom stoned fireplace and wall to wall/floor to ceiling windows that overlook Pine Lake, connects to the fully equipped kitchen, with premium, stainless-steel appliances, a drop coffee maker, a single cup Keurig machine and a full array of cooking tools. The custom dining table comfortably seats six adults, while the adjacent kitchen island seats three. The lower level includes another living area for activities, like playing the vintage arcade game or cozying up for movie night.

Just outside, there is 700 square feet of two-level outdoor living space, where you can gather, play and unwind - watching the widescreen HDTV, relaxing in the oversized hot tub or rocking chairs, taking in the waterfront view or competing in games such as shuffleboard and horseshoes. Off the deck is a Breeo® smokeless fire pit, where you can either cook outside or enjoy that campfire charm without smoke drifting in your direction. You are a short five minute walk away to the Pine Lake pool, clubhouse, playground and stocked fishing pond, all of which are within eyesight of the back patio, through the trees.

The main level features two king suites, each with HDTVs and en suite, spa-like baths, featuring dual sinks and large, dual-headed walk-in showers. Each king bedroom opens to a walk-out patio with rocking chairs to enjoy morning coffee or take in a view of the water. The lower level features a cozy, queen bedroom and a separate, a large bunk room (two lower queens/two upper twins) with a large HDTV and individual built-in bedside shelving, lighting and electrical outlets, along with a separate shared full bathroom.

This home is equipped with a EV Level 2 plug. Please bring your own charging cable to plug into our EV outlet.

Lakeside Landing is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol.  Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities.
