A Spacious and Modern Condo

This very clean and wonderfully decorated condo was a great stay! We loved the floor plan of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms along w/ the full-sized family table for the 1,000 piece puzzle…which We Finished before our departureAdditionally, the kitchen was well-equipped w/ higher end items for both cooking & dining-in as well as having a larger-than-usual washer & dryer for freshening our clothes.Thank you very much for making our brief stay a fantastic getaway!!

Comfort and Convenience

A terrific condo with many creature comforts, a great layout, and the comvenience of everything one needs during a summer Lake Tahoe vacation (local eateries, nearby markets, beach proximity). Our group of nine (two families) really loved our brief stay. Also appreciated the frequent responsiveness of the managers/owners.

Perfect for family of 10

We loved that each room had its own bathroom. We loved the beach chairs that were provided. We loved how close it was to groceries. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook at home. We were happy to find out we were right on the parade route for the 4th of July.

Optimized 4 bdr 4 bath with some drawbacks

This is probably the best one can get from the square footage - 4 bdr and 4 bath, with all else you need (kitchen, living, fireplace, laundry, ski/board storage, coats area, etc.) The big downside is that the living/kitchen/dining area is small and right next to ALL the bedrooms. So everyone is affected by noise from the latest person going to bed and the earliest person to rise. If someone brings young kids, it gets super noisy early. Basically, expect less sleep and limited options for a mix of activities at the premises.Most supplies and appliances are new, the unit is well managed, there are 3 parking spaces available outside (unassigned and, apparently, not strictly enforced). Minor issues included a screeching loud fan in one of the bathroom, pathetic water flow in showers, and non-functioning fireplace. This said, it remains a decent, relatively budget, option for a group weekend at Tahoe.

Fabulous for a big group

Loved this location, the furnishings and layout were great for our large group. It was clean and pretty well stocked (we didn’t do any in-depth cooking). One drawback were the beds. The mattresses were thin and the beds were creaky and squeaky. However, once these owners invest in quality mattresses (I suggest going king!) and beds, this rental will be KILLER!

Short getaway

Came for a basketball tournament in incline village. Great location and perfect set up for a couple families and kids. With the exception of the kids room, all bedrooms were set up the same and all had bathrooms. Plenty of space for all of us to gather and eat. It was perfect for our group. We will definitely look to rent again next year.

There were a few things we have to mention: It was not disclosed that the condo above us was under construction and we had hammering and drilling from 10-5, which was very unpleasant for our people who had to stay in the condo all day There was no regular coffee maker, but it was provided to us upon request The fire place was not working, pilot light out and going out, there are no directions on how to operate the fireplace The WiFi provided is incorrect

Beware of property management

This condo has all the potential to be the perfect place for 6 adults and 4 kids. However, upon arriving, the condo was not clean. Under the bunk beds there were wrappers and chips. The deck was completely covered and we had to clean it ourselves. Aside from the lack of cleanliness, the dishwasher did not work and the ice maker did not work. We were promised a $50/day refund for these two items not working. The property management company has yet to issue the refund almost 2 weeks later. I have provided text and voicemail proof. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to a real person from the property management company about the WiFi not working. Turns out that the network name and password are incorrect. I don't think we were the first ones with this issue since the network name and password were crossed off on the Welcome card.

We honestly loved everything about this. The kitchen was well stocked, it was clean, decorated cute, we all slept soo good, it was sunny, we loved the 4 bathrooms, and it was lovely to be Close to beaches. We loved coming back to a cozy place after a day of fun!

Beautifully Updated Spacious Apartment

The place is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one needs on a trip. All rooms have their own attached washroom and are good size rooms and closet space. Ample of parking in front of the unit. Bowling alley right across from the unit and Raleys grocery store was walking distance. We had a great stay and would love to come back again.
