Soweit ganz gut. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es aber zu bemängeln. Leider kein jakuzzi vorhanden wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Insektengitter konnten nicht geschlossen werden und die Liegen und die Auflagen müssten ausgetauscht werden. Und eine Abdeckung im Pool fehlte, hier war ein Loch entstanden.werden.

Toller Aufenthalt in schönem Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns gerne am Pool und der Außenanlage aufgehalten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war jederzeit gegeben, danke an Paula. In der Nähe (mit Auto) gab es einen Plondine Supermarkt. Die Restaurantvorschläge im Haus (z.B. Konoba Doma oder Pizzeria Ulika) trafen genau zu. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Poreč, Pula und Kap Kamenjak. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für 4 Personen gab es mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, sodass man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler starten musste. Der Grill war super. Der Verkehr auf der kleinen Straße vor dem Haus war sehr gering und nicht störend. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verlebt.

Clean villa with pool in small village
We had an excellent stay in this new villa which is large (3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms), newly furbished, with all amenities (air-co, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), and very clean. The villa is ideal for a stay family or friends since it has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and 3 independent bathrooms with shower + washbasin + toilet. It's located in a small village in the center of Istria which has its many pluses (amazing view, lovely countryside, not many neighbors, etc.) and some small minuses (dog sometimes barking at night, 10-15min drive to larger village or highway). Overall, the property looks as good as in the pictures, is well maintained (pool cleaned regularly, etc.), the service is great, and I think it's great value for money.
