This simple and stylish home boosts over 3300 square feet of indoor living space with three living areas thoughtfully designed for everyone. Whether you want to have a quiet adult conversation, or sing along around the piano, or have a family movie night, we have you covered. The Nintendo Switch and plenty of games can sure keep the kids busy. If you need some alone time, the Infared sauna is the perfect place to escape. Two open decks are perfect for sipping a cup of coffee or curling up together around the firepits. Great Stay!

The house was very welcoming and was great for our family vacation. The pool and outside amenities were excellent as well. The location in town was very easy to get around. I would stay there again and would recommend the house to everyone.

We were pleasantly surprised that everything was provided for even the personal items that we needed. The bedding was so luxurious feeling, and every part of the house said we care about your comfort.

Great house

The house was very clean and pleasing. We came with our kids their spouses and grandkids. The TV room was a perfect place for the kids and their toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were thankful that the pool was completely gated. The Lawns were nicely watered. The beds in bedrooms were very the hot tub and picnic table on the lower patio were well used by our crew morning noon and evening. We definitely recommend this home for a Family Getaway..

Awesome home, comfortable, clean and well appointed!

This home was awesome! Our son said he never wanted to leave. Super comfy couches, plenty of hang out space for small groups or big groups. The kitchem has everything you could need. The hot tub is a fun bonus. The home has is luxurious, while being homey and comfortable.

Extended family trip

This home was perfect for our large extended family to enjoy our weekend together. There were 6 bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. It was the most well equipped home we have rented, and we have rented houses often! A swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pits, and a game room. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. We loved our stay!

One of the Best VRBO’s I’ve Stayed in

This is one of the best VRBO homes I have stayed in. I travel quite a bit for volleyball tournaments around the country and we try to house our coaches, and sometimes our teams, in vacation homes. I have rented hundreds of homes over the years all over the country. This home was amazing and the host provided so many nice touches to make our stay not only comfortable, but super easy. Extremely clean!

This trip was a crazy run around for my sons basketball tournament. It was nice to come home to such a beautiful home, everything clearly had its place and I have never see a host have more organized and well stocked place. The decor of the house is perfect and you have everything you need to relax. This is my best rental yet.

Valley Getaway

With a large outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, multiple decks, and two fire tables, what more do you need? It's difficult to find properties with more than one king size bed. This property was great because although large groups can stay there, it worked perfectly for two couples. Each of us had a floor to ourselves, and then the main floor for sharing together. Owners were very responsive. Quiet neighborhood just minutes from businesses and the interstate to get to wherever you're going. Note that it is a multi-level home with lots of stairs.

A wonderful Thanksgiving stay with everything you could ask for!

This is a perfect home for a family reunion. We had two families stay, one with 2 teenage boys and another with 2 boys plus fiancée’s and we had Grandma too! 11 in total. We also had family in the area join us for meals. We prepared large quantities of food, namely a Thanksgiving feast, for 20 people and entertained all. The game room and backyard were perfect for enjoying out time together. The kitchen had everything a serious cook needed and the host even went above and beyond and purchased a turkey roasting pan that saved the day! And if that wanted enough, my sons were really impressed with the heated toilet seat 😂😂😂. We had a great time!

Family get together

We had a set of grandparents, three adult children, and five grandchildren - 7 months - 9 years old. Several of the adults had to spend a couple hours a day working. This house had so much room that everyone could find a place for fun or work. The pool. sauna, and hot tub were a hit with all the family. We used the kitchen to the fullest extent to avoid taking 11 of us out to eat. It was well equipped. Plenty of towels for personal and pool use. We lacked for nothing. The house was perfect. I would recommend this property and its location.

Nice home w/ a lot of amenities

Every year we do a family vacation w/ 10 people at a home with a pool. This year we chose Spokane and found this property. We were very pleased with the location, style of the home, amenities and especially the care and attentiveness of Su & Carrie! I would highly recommend this property for a large group who likes to have some space, a pool/hot tub/sauna, extra activities provided and a lovely location. Even though we were in a neighborhood the properties were very spacious and private, also close to DT Spokane River Park, Arbor Crest & Barrister Wineries, plus a short drive to Couer d Alene & Silverwood. We appreciated the extra attentiveness from the owners by bringing a few portable AC’s to help with the unexpected heatwave, even though the home has AC, plus being available when we were settling into the home. Next time I’m in Spokane, I definitely would choose this home again!
