Clean, spacious lower level suite in a home located in a quiet neighborhood 4 miles from Penn State’s campus and near restaurants/stores on N Atherton. Multiple TVs and family games. Living room, kitchen with microwave/toaster but no stove. 2 queen beds with a full futon. Living room, sitting area, large bedroom. Private entrance and ample driveway and street parking. Space can fit 8 people with cots but the space is most ideal for 6 or less people.

Great Experience

This was an amazingly clean property with the host going above and beyond for hospitality. We all want to return next time we go to a PSU game! I have never stayed at a property that was this well maintained and thoughtfully appointed.

Perfect family weekend home!

Nikki’s home was clean, fully stocked and very comfortable - she anticipated all of our needs! The quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family. Looking forward to staying here again.

Unit was an easy drive to campus. Located on a quiet street - much quieter than any other college town rental I’ve ever used. Unit was very clean and very comfortable beds.

Blue White weekend

A great property and great proximity to campus. The host, Nikki, was very communicative and welcoming and outstanding. A perfect place for six people, but it would be a bit cramped for eight. But overall such a great experience.

Beautiful, clean and very accommodating home. Excellent communication with the host, Nikki. The snacks, drinks and toiletries were very generous. We plan to stay again as a family. There is plenty of room. Great location to the campus- made it perfect to visit our college student.👍

40th birthday getaway

Amazing stay! Two night, PSU football birthday weekend. Place was immaculate, easy to get in, even let us in when we locked ourselves out. Would highly recommend for any state college trip. Thanks so much!

Penn State with Friends- 6 adults

It was a perfect location and exactly what we were hoping for! The decor kept us in the Penn State mood before and after the game! Our kids who are a sophomore and junior were able to Uber to us and spend some time off campus with us. We greatly appreciated the snacks and drinks too. The host really thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed making memories with our friends and family! #weare

Enjoyed our stay. Nicole was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. She even provided rain ponchos for the untimely weather! Home was clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

Penn State Haven!

Loved loved loved this experience. It was so much more than what we expected. The decor, the spaciousness, the added little perks, snacks, cleanliness, the extra effort and details made this stay well worth the money. We will definitely be booking again when visiting Penn State.

Football weekend

Great place for small group. Very comfortable, clean and well kept. We enjoyed the Penn State and Phillies memorabilia. Great snacks package and amenities. Host was great- clear communication and very helpful. We will stay here again in the future.

Great Place!

Our daughter is currently attending Penn State. During the Thanksgiving holiday, my husband and myself brought my 80-year old parents to visit their granddaughter and see a Penn State football game. We arrived late Friday evening and left first thing Sunday morning so we weren't at the property except to basically sleep and shower. But, our short time at this property was great. Communicating with the host was super easy. The property is as-advertised. Very clean and comfortable. And, there were snacks for us. Nice touch :). I highly recommend this property!

The house was gorgeous and very clean. The owner went above and beyond to give plenty of amenities to make the stay as great as possible. Has everything you need and then some. The owner was great at communicating and very nice. Great place overall, I would definitely choose to stay there again!

Perfect for Penn State

This was our first time ever using vrbo and we had such a great experience with this listing . The owner was responsive and accommodating, especially with the checkin process. The neighborhood is scenic and quiet and parking is ample. - Well lit private entrance in the back - Great family room with a kitchenette/bar - Clean modern bathroom with stall shower - Large bedroom which sleeps four comfortably along with a futon outside the bedroom which can accommodate two more Highly recommend for folks visiting Penn State. We will definitely be back!
