Market's Edge is a 4-level urban, townhouse with a beautiful open-concept kitchen & living space opening up to a quiet and cozy backyard. Enjoy two bedrooms appointed with high-end furnishings and linens as well as en suite bathrooms with bidet toilets. The primary bedroom has an inviting king bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sturdy, Restoration Hardware "Full over Queen" bunk bed to help accommodate extra guests. Our favorite space is the rooftop terrace with an outdoor sectional couch and firepit overlooking beautiful views of downtown Omaha.

Although we're located in a safe and pedestrian-friendly area, guests will also have the convenience and security of an attached garage.

Market's Edge is nestled between the Old Market, Little Bohemia and Little Italy; a quick walk from some of Omaha's best restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, concerts and major sporting events.

The best VRBO in Omaha!

Everything was perfect. The home is gorgeous, Brad has thought of everything you could possibly need. Fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, and the rooftop is amazing! Beautiful property! The host went above and beyond with the extra touches- complimentary drinks upon arrival for adults and kids, extra toiletries, etc. Super close to many Omaha attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Our family loved it!

More than exceptional!!

Brad’s rental is amazing in every way! Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. The condo is immaculate! The location is perfect- close enough to market district to walk to great restaurants, and located within minutes of main roads to get around town. Brad has thought of literally everything to make his rental beyond exceptional! From the kitchen to the bedrooms everything is top notch! Having a garage was also a big bonus. If I ever make my way back to Omaha, would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Fall stay

Great time of year to visit Omaha. Brad made checking in and out easy. The property had everything clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had every supply I needed for cooking for a family of four. Kitchen supplies and linens were good quality. Attached garage was spacious. Rooftop deck has a nice view of downtown. Overall a great stay.

Best Stay in Omaha!

Booked this for a book club trip and didn't realize how close this was downtown, which was where our group wanted to explore! Everything was within walking distance and the house was prepared for anything you might need! It was truly a home away from home, and the property contact was super responsive & helpful when we had questions. If our group returns to Omaha, we will stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

My family and I stayed at the row house over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and the accommodations were exactly as described. Plus the beds were very comfortable!! Brad was quick to respond to communication and was kind enough to provide coffee, juice and beverages. Several restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Omaha again!!

Great place!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! You can walk (or quick Uber) to all kinds of places around Old Market. The home was clean and well stocked. Brad the owner had some drinks and snacks waiting for us when we checked in. He was also very accessible when we had a question. We come to Omaha often since our son is stationed at OFFUTT AFB. We won’t be staying anywhere else but here from now on!

Great space, location, communication, and value

Before the stay even began, Brad was great about communicating with me. He helped set up the remote garage and door access, offered restaurant and bar recommendations, and just made sure everything was set to go. The space is also very cool - plenty of room to hang out inside, and the rooftop patio is great for evenings beside the fire. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After shopping around the Old Market area for a place to stay, I think this is one of the best values you can get. Walkable to Old Market and Little Bohemia is just a couple blocks away.

"Perfect Omaha Stay Near Zoo and Old Market!" Perfect Omaha stay near Zoo and Old Market!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Its proximity to the zoo and the Old Market was fantastic. The house was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Brad was easy to communicate with and even left juice boxes in the fridge for our 4 kids and some adult drinks too. The bunk beds were great, and we set up a pack and play for our infant in the master bedroom closet, which worked perfectly. We loved the big windows, and the bedding and towels were high quality. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Rowhouse in the heart of Omaha

If you’re contemplating this rental BOOK IT NOW! My husband and I had a surprise weekend getaway and our stay here was amazing! It’s very clean, modern and relaxing. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated as well! Perfect location to hang out in the Old Market, go to a concert at CHI or visit the zoo… tons of stuff to do very close by. The host, Brad, was great! He left drinks for us and went out of his way to leave a little something special for my husband to drink (chocolate lover) and a kind note. We will definitely stay again! Brad thank you to you and your family for sharing your beautiful rowhouse with us!!!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We stayed here vs getting a hotel room for the weekend while my daughter had a dance competition in Omaha. That was a great decision👏. Market’s Edge is wonderful. The rowhouse is in a great location to downtown Old Market area & wonderful restaurants. My daughter’s competition was being held at CHI health center and it was such an easy drive, just down the street. Well stocked, extremely clean & well maintained, comfortable beds, and the garage is just such an added bonus!!! Brad as an excellent host with great communication. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Convenient

Great property as described in the property details. Parking was a dream and the location made for easy access to downtown, and even walkable for those who are more fit than me :). Thoughtful and novel amenities were included such as bidet inserts on all toilets, several beverages in the refrigerator, plenty of kitchenware and pantry basics, such as hot tea, peanut butter, sugar, etc; sound machines in both bedrooms with high quality to block out normal city noise, black out curtains in the bedrooms for great sleep. Great quality towels, comfortable beds, a great rooftop deck with cozy furniture and great views, as well as a small private patio area outside the kitchen. A cocktail bar setup was even by the exit to thr rooftop patio to set the mood and make mixing drinks easy. A plus would be having additonal seating for dining as there are only 3 chairs at the island for dining, but that is what was pictured so we were not surprised. I was initially a little put off by having to download 2 apps for access to the property, but was quickly won over by the garage app, as it made it easy and seamless entry and exit and we really didn't need the additonal keyless entry app. The property manager was responsive and quick to respond with any questions. We would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Omaha's biggest events and best restaurants are in the downtown Omaha area. We're excited to be located close to the Old Market and we're enjoying all of the new businesses opening in the emerging Little Bohemia neighborhood. We purchased this property because it is beautiful and relaxing and part of a great community. We wanted a weekend retreat for ourselves but also to share with our family, employees, clients and Omaha visitors.

What makes this property unique

You can park your car in a secure, attached garage and take a quick walk, bike ride or uber to everything happening downtown. If you decide to stay in, you can enjoy cocktails on the rooftop deck or private back yard and you'll have all of the tools needed for a chef-inspired meal.
