With exceptional views over Bimini Bayou, this stunning waterfront home occupies one of the most beautiful, and prestigious locations on Anna Maria Island. Many visitors, do not get to experience this exclusive area, right at the very heart of the island. Here you can sit on your private dock and watch dolphins and manatees play. The fishing is good too. Three kayaks are also available, so you can explore the areas abundant wildlife. Or simply relax in the magnificent infinity pool and enjoy the view.
If you can tear yourself away, the islands famous pristine beaches are just a short walk too.
The house itself is centered around an impressive great room with gorgeous high ceilings and lots of space, it opens directly out onto the huge pool patio and tropical gardens, making it a fantastic gathering space for friends and family.
The large custom designed kitchen is every cooks dream.
All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, four of which are on the first floor

My husband and I are from the Uk and have been visiting beautiful Anna Maria for over 21 years. We chose this location to build our dream vacation home because of its amazing views across Binimi Bayou. Our children and their cousins have grown up enjoying all that island living has to offer. Riding their bikes around the island, kayaking in the bay and beyond as well as hours of fun fishing off our very own dock. Boating here is a real joy too with so many places to discover and explore. We like to take a boat to one of the waterfront, taking a swim in the gulf on the way.
Personally my favourite time is the early morning just sitting here in the garden watching the dolphins play and chase their breakfast. Manatees are regular visitors too, poking their whispered noses out of the water and occasionally the Islands bald eagle will pass by which is always a real treat.
And now with our grandchildren we continue to find new and exciting places to go and explore.
Our eldest daughter fell in love with this area , oh yes, and a local guy. They both work here on the island and live locally. They look after the house for us and will be you local hosts during your stay.
2023 will be the first time we have opened the house to guests other than family and friends. We know you will enjoy your stay. Tina
