Villa Benvenuti is a luxury villa in the heart of Istria, in the small town of Kaldir, 4 km from Motovun.

The villa belongs to the family that is known by the same name for its wine production at home and abroad.

The house was renovated in 2014 and today offers a very special mix of modern and traditional style.

The enclosed garden of Villa Benvenuti with a surface of 400 m² encloses the air-conditioned house of 200m², which is designed for 6 + 2 people. There is a heated pool (35 m²), a covered terrace with table / chairs and an outdoor fireplace, a fully furnished garden with irrigation system and a private parking space.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table for 8 people, living room with sofa next to the traditional Istrian fireplace, winter garden with wooden table and access to the garden, terrace and pool. On the ground floor there is also a washing machine, toilet, double room with bath and a special massage bath.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with two modern and specially designed bathrooms, and one with an additional sofa.

Villa Welcome offers its guests a private garden with a variety of seasonal vegetables for organic farming.

The villa belongs to the winery of the same name, which offers you a free wine tasting through the cellar and tasting of olive oil from the local producer.
