Charming 1907 Bungalow in the heart of North Chattanooga. Walking distance to Chattanooga's desirable Coolidge Park, the best in local dining, the Walking Bridge, and the Tennessee River. Take a quick stroll down the street to Aretha Frankenstein's or enjoy the view from the wonderful front porch! We have just updated this house with brand new furniture, beds, and all kitchen items!
The space
Refinished claw foot tub, period remodeled bathrooms, all stainless appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, and the 20" ceramic marble tile adds a touch of charm to the kitchen.
You will also notice in the pictures that there are many steep steps leading to the front door. Others have commented about this in reviews so please be prepared for that when you arrive. This is part of the reason we call it the "Treehouse", and knowing this in advance, we ask that you do not review us negatively based on the stairs.
Also, this is a Bungalow and the floor plan has a U-shape to it. We explain that further in the captions of the pictures. The bedrooms are connected together but each has its own entrance and access to bathrooms and other living spaces of the house.
Guest access
You will be able to access all rooms of the house, and we will not be there during your stay. We have a keypad lock. We will give you a code the day of your booking. We will also message you detailed instructions for the lock. Most people do not have a problem but occasionally it can be stubborn.
Other things to note
In addition, if you have zero reviews would you give us some information about yourself when you request your booking: who you are, your guests, and your stay in general? We apologize in advance for having to ask but we have had some people misrepresent themselves in the past. Thank you for understanding.
