Family Trip to Orlando

I stayed here for over a week with my mom, sister, husband and 2yo son. The property was spotless when we arrived and very spacious for all of us to be comfortable. The location is perfect and is only a few min walk to the main amenities area which my son adored! He spent many mornings enjoying the splash pad, pool and Tiki Hut for chocolate ice cream with sprinkles! The kitchen was properly equipped with what we needed. The location of Storey Lake is a 3-10min drive from everything you could possibly need. Property Management was extremely responsive and so friendly and helpful during and after our stay. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Nice townhouse

Clean townhouse convienent to disney. The Storey Lake community is nice. The beds were comfortable as well as good quality and comfortable couch, dining table and porch furniture. My kids loved the small pool more than going to the community pool and slides/lazy River. The kitchen supplies were basic, not unexpected. Wished there was a large frying pan. I would rent this townhouse again.

Summer vacation

Check in was easy and communication with owner was excellent. The kitchen needed more pot, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. The master bathroom tub was clogged and a couple of the sinks did not drain well. But overall, it was a great place that we would stay again.

Awesome location in relation to Disney, incredible community pool & splash pad, & spacious house overall. Perfect for our group of four adults & two kids with extra room to spare! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Our stay was great. The place was just like the pictures which you don't see very often. It was clean and easy to access. If I had to make a complaint it would just be that there could have been one more garbage bag and one more roll of TP for each bathroom. One of the gates to enter the community also didn't work which was inconvenient but that is out of control of the renters. My family enjoyed it and we would certainly go back again.

Roach motel

The place was nice and location was great. I had great communication with management, every time I messaged them I received a message instantly. The place was nice however there were a lot of roaches. I did reach out to management and they sent someone to spray but it didn’t help they were all over the kitchen Area mainly the first floor. They were even in the kitchen drawers which really grossed me out. My kids were freaked out the entire trip. If it wasn’t for the roaches I would consider this place again but.

Nice but few problem

The place was overall nice, nice heated pool and good location. We were on a girls trip to universal studios for some of the girls birthdays and had a great time. But while we stayed here we seen at least 4 roaches and no one wants to deal with that while on vacation and the kitchen definitely could’ve been stocked more properly. Other than that we enjoyed out stay.

Great place to stay with the kids!

We really enjoyed staying here and the owners were very friendly and helpful! The kids loved the pool although that heated was a bit warmer than we thought it would be. Not a big deal. We definitely would stay here again!

2020 Christmas vacation

My family and I rent a townhouse in Story Lakes every year for the holiday. Perfect location and a lot of activities for the kids to enjoy. The property was nice as usual but this one wasn't equipped as well as the other ones usually are. Needless to say I was on vacation shopping for pots, pans and towels. But the good thing is I only had to drive five minutes to purchase those items.

All according to plan

This property is as described. Clean. Easy to check in and out. We used it as a place to stay while visiting theme parks. Disney is extremely close and universal is not too far either. Pool was fun for the kids - however you probably want to pay for heating in March - we did not and it was a little chilly. The only feedback for the owners I would suggest is adding to the cookware. There aren’t any 9x13 type baking dishes. The skillets are in poor repair- they don’t lay flat on the stove and most of the “non stick” coating has been scraped off. Other than that, we had had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great choice for a trip to Disney!

Property was just what we wanted. Rooms were spacious. We really enjoyed the big slides and lazy river in the complex. A quick drive to all the Disney parks. Everything was in great condition so we had no need to ever contact the property manager. The only small request we had was to have more than 3 garbage bags for the kitchen.
