There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily do all your important shopping. The bus station is also just 200 meters away.
A private parking space right by the building offers additional comfort. 1 small pet weighing up to 10 kg is allowed by appointment. The location is particularly child-friendly and offers a wonderful view of the sea.
