Lack of Communication
I let the host know that we would arrive late around 9pm or 10pm. We arrived around 9:30pm and had issues with the pass code provided. I called the number provided several with no answer. I left a voicemail, a text message, and a message on the app with no response. We were finally able to get in with the pass code after many attempts the same way each time. I let the host know we were able to get in. No response that night or the next day. I let the host know there was only two wash clothes which I had put 7 people would be coming. I got a response they could bring some. I said no need I had already bought some and thank you though. No response. I let the host know about a blind missing a piece with no response. At this point I figured any communication there would be none. When we cooked we noticed that we had to rewash dishes, the toaster was dirty so we couldn’t use it. There wasn’t a spatula and we couldn’t find anymore paper products. That night the neighbors didn’t leave room in the driveway. The day of checkout I got a message about checkout. I had took my daughter to the hospital that night and morning of. I had called, text and a message on the app asking how much it would be for a few extra hours past 11 because I had took my daughter to the hospital that night and I was as taking her again. I never received a response and this was around 9ish am. I came back from taking my daughter to the hospital and was making sure we packed up and took care of what was needed.
