Weekend Getaway

Overall our stay was great!! Easy to find and close to places to eat. Our weekend weather ended up being less than ideal but we still made the best of it. Communication with the host was great, very responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Up to date fully stocked home. Great open floor plan on main level with lots of windows. Only downside is the few stairs down to the main level and then stairs to the upstairs bedrooms For us this was not a problem. Good neighborhood with stores close by. Will stay again.

Loved Cozy Grove!

Took our teen grandkids for a short trip to Norman. We all loved Cozy Grove as well the over all trip. The owner was so helpful with all my pre trip questions. Would easily recommend this property to another family with teens.

Cozy Grove Was Great

The Cozy Grove was a great house for a weekend with friends. Comfortable living area with plenty of room for our college kids to visit and hang out. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Will definitely rent this property again!

Family trip to Norman

The house was clean and well supplied. It was a comfortable house and met all our needs. There are awkward stairs/steps, so this would not be a good place for elderly or disabled individuals to stay.

Last minute need

I needed a place to fit all of us for us to lay granny to rest. Coming in from Waco. It fit all our needs and is a beautiful property. Only wasnt expecting the stairs but that isnt enough to detract from the comfiness of this house. If needed I would 100% stay here again.

Baseball tournament

We had a full 11 family members from Grandparents to toddlers. The perfect space, the perfect amount of towels, dishes, toiletries, etc. The only thing that wasn't mentioned or I failed to realize were the different levels of steps. The grandparents had a little difficulty with the steps. Other than that we all enjoyed the house. It was the perfect location to all the different fields we played at. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding

Property was great for our large group. The outside areas were not well maintained and did not have the same amenities as pictures in the website. (No Adirondack chairs and grass was so high we would not have sat outside anyway.) Also one bedroom was pictured with twin bunk beds and we were relying on those for two 20+ young men who did not want to share a bed! The bunk beds were now a full bed and so we had to make a pallet on the floor. Other than those “misses” the property met our needs great!

Great House in Norman

We traveled to Norman for a family Christmas and enjoyed this property! They even set up a tree and holiday decor - super festive! This house is spacious with plenty of play areas for kids, enough bedrooms for 3 couple + 2 kids bedrooms. Lots of closet/dresser space for storage. 2 Full baths and a powder room. Kitchen comes equipped with basic dining and cookware needs. Backyard area was a great addition. The living and dining area combo is fantastic for hosting. We’d stay there again for sure but suggest different pillows altogether (they’re not supportive enough). Also the bedding is a bit on the firm side. Otherwise a great location and stay- thank you!!
