It was perfect for a visit to the north loop of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Cabin was very clean with modern amenities. The ability to do laundry was a real plus. Very quiet environment.
This was a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend as we were passing through. The cabin was small but tidy, had everything we needed! Close enough to the national park so we could spend a day there!
The cabin was absolutely amazing. Clean and so comfortable to relax in after each full day of hiking in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Cabin is only 15 minutes from the north unit, which is where all the fantastic hiking is located. Highly recommend this place. The property it sits on is beautiful too.
We enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. It was also located close to Theodore Roosevelt National Park so it made visiting the park easy.
Peaceful stay near the north unit of Theodore Roosevelt Park. We visited both units and enjoyed great hikes. The cabin on a farmstead was perfect. A notice on the wall recommended the Maah Daah Hey trail only a half mile away which was well-worth a visit.
Unique, Cozy, and a great location for exploring TRNP north unit
I was a little surprised to see that the cabins were located on a corner of a working farm, but everything about the cabin was clean, cozy, and convenient to exploring the nearby National Grassland areas as well as the northern unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was a little longer haul to the south unit, but the hour drive was on good roads and easily traveled. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again when we return to the area.
Easy to find, kind of in the middle of no where, typical for a country place in North Dakota. Clean, easy to come and go. Exactly as the listing shows.
We were greeted by a black dog and a one and a half eared cat. Best greeting ever!
The cabin was perfect for my husband and myself as we visited Theodore Roosevelt NP. We were able to cook all our meals and the night were wonderfully quiet. Awesome hot water.
If we ever come back this way we will be staying here
Quiet, clean cabin on a working beef cattle farm. Badlands views were about a half mile down the road. We hiked in both units of the TRNP. Beautiful views! Nearest grocery store is at least half an hour or more away. Greeted by Sassy (black cat) was awesome! Friendly property managers. We would definitely stay there again.
After visiting Theodore Roosevelt np south unit we arrived late and after dark. Thanks for leaving porch light on for us we really appreciated it. We Visited the north unit the next day. We were glad to have the cabin to cook and rest. The cabin provided all we needed for our visit.
The cabin was well organized and very clean. Everything one would need for a short stay was available, with a large fridge, freezer compartment, four burner electric stove and comfortable bedding. It is close to some awesome hiking options but quite far (>20 miles) from restaurant options. If you bring your own supplies, you will be very comfortable. The outside deck was a nice place to read in the evenings. The property owner responded to my questions very quickly. Overall, a great experience! Thank you!

Disliked: Amenities
The quiet and dark of the location were good. As VRBO's go, not our best experience by far. Minimal cooking utensils, no dish towels, one washcloth and hand towel, and an undersized air conditioner. The photos we saw when booking showed a mini split which is much more quiet and efficient. We had to take out our trash on the way out and wash dishes without a dish towel. Mattresses were not the best. No face to face contact with the host. Expected more for the price we paid. A big contrast to other VRBO rentals.
