Cozy Lake Front Retreat with beautiful views and two docks.
Located on beautiful and private long pond (Twin Lakes) in Lake Park Ga our home features a master bedroom and two lofts each equipped with beds. Large deck just outside sliding doors and 2 docks to take in view of peaceful lake and sunrises/sunsets. Home is really ideal for a couple wanting to spend some time away from home. We do have whip lines to secure a boat to one of the docks. Twin lakes water is aquifer fed so water is very clean and clear with white sandy beach and plenty of fishing with amazing sun sets. The area is also a designated golf cart community. Requesting minimum 60 day rental and will negotiate longer terms........contact me...we are really hoping someone will take it thru mid march.

My wife Missy and I live close by in Valdosta, Ga. She is a kindergarten teacher at the local private school Valwood and I am the owner of Southern Flooring of Valdosta. We offer our home away from home to you to enjoy and relax in. We are requesting a minimum 60 day rental but if interested in longer terms, please call me for options.
Why they chose this property
This home is only available for long term (60 days or more) rental. If you compare our rates to the other VRBOs listed in the area you will understand the value in our location. It is well decorated with all the amenities and comforts you will need. Weather permitting and especially on the weekends you should see plenty of activity on the water. We also have amazing sun sets. There's even a Christmas boat parade and golf cart parade.
What makes this property unique
Lake Park is a designated golf cart community so bring a golf cart if possible or rent one in Valdosta. If you have a small fishing boat we have a tie up to the dock and plenty of fishing in the lake. Valdosta is 20 minutes away and offers anything you would need or want. South Georgia Medical Center is the regional hospital with heart center and cancer center and emergency room in case its needed. Also nearby is Moody AFB so you will definitely see the A10's flying over the lake at times. Wild Adventures theme and water park is also 20 minutes away.
