DC Sightseeing

Quick trip to DC with two 7th Graders on break. Had a great time! The house is in an excellent location. It is a clean, modest home just as advertised. Neighborgood is great. Perfect home base. My wife has a bad back and master bed was great.

The apartment is located in an area close to our daughters so it was convenient for us. Beds are comfortable and there were plenty of nice towels to use. The owner was responsive to our calls.

Great Place in a great location

We loved our stay in Arlington in this unit. Everything DC was a short drive away with close proximity to great dining options and stores. We will definitely choose this place again.

Visiting our college age daughter in DC

We had everything we needed, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Both beds were comfortable. We appreciate the hosts generosity by providing coffee. Our daughter drove over from American University (in DC) and never had a problem finding a place on the street. We had no problem parking our Ford Ranger truck in the driveway. It was nice after spending the day in DC to come back to the apartment and have enough room to sit around in the den and chat. We would return in the future.

Amazing Arlington Property

Nice quiet neighborhood close to all of the attractions in Arlington and DC. Upstairs neighbor does walk around at all hours of the night but it isn't anything we couldn't work around. Communication and check in process was simple as well.

Efficient townhouse in convenient location

The location was perfect. We were close to everything needed. The property is dated , the owners could definitely benefit from purchasing new couches, love seats for the apartment. It’s clean though, just aged.

Great Location

This is a great spot if you are visiting for the first time. You don't have to worry about parking, it is close to all major sites, easy to access, with a grocery store nearby, great restaurants, and overall Arlington is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Highly recommend! Owners communicated well. It had everything we could need. Close proximity to DC made it easy to visit the historic sights and monuments. Spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Excellent Location

The apartment reminded me of my first apartment (1980's) out of college in Washington DC. It brought back memories as I was visiting old college friends with my kids while looking at colleges in the DC area.It was a great location. The apartment was clean as it could be. However, the kitchen tile/grout, all trim, paint and floors could use an update (very 1980's except for the TV). Would I stay here again. Yes. It fit our needs.

Our DC Vacation

This property was perfect for our needs. It is very close to the Washington DC sites. The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and well equiped. Having a parking spot is a great feature. I would definitely go back to this property.

Cherrydale House

Being familiar with the area we knew this location was perfect for our needs. The hosts were immediately available when there was a problem with the plumbing, which was quickly resolved. We did have to make use of both bedrooms, as the person in the apartment above the master bedroom apparently had insomnia and noisily paced all night, but making use of the extra bedroom resolved that. It would also be nice to have a couple of nightlights available for use. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay and the house was well equipped and very comfortable.
