A peaceful retreat, centrally located to all that Georgetown has to offer. A west-facing home, just a 15 min walk or 5 min ride (bicycles provided on request) from 'The Most beautiful square in Texas,' with award-winning coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Bike and Hike Trail, which meanders next to the San Gabriel River, past The Blue Hole, and finishes at GT lake, starts opposite the house.
Austin, including Domain, ACL, and Austin Q2 FC stadium, is only a 30 min drive away.

My husband (David) & I are ex-pats (NZ and UK) and have lived in beautiful Georgetown for the last few years. We are parents and grandparents and have reached a stage when we have more time to enjoy the finer things of life.
If you don't see us walking or riding around Georgetown, you'll probably catch us at our favorite coffee shop, which happens to be the space we opened a few years ago with friends!
