This cozy rental property features three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for all guests to freshen up. The master bathroom on the main level is complete with a double vanity, large glass shower, and a luxurious jetted soaking tub. There is also a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway, which is a great common bathroom. The lower level also has a common bathroom, and the room with the full and twin beds downstairs also has a private door to this bathroom.

There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
