Ideal for family holidays and for the business festivals at the Cannes Palais des Congrés. There are 6 double bedrooms all with a/c, a large comfortable air-conditioned sitting room, a dining room and a modern well equipped kitchen with central breakfast island & a/c. A large sliding glass door opens onto an outdoor shaded dining terrace off the kitchen. The villa has 3 bathrooms and an outdoor solar heated pool shower. Mas le Verger is a Provençal villa with modern fixtures, very spacious and set in lovely Mediterranean gardens with lawns & terraces and a hot tub and large walk-in private pool which can be heated as an optional extra. There's also a pool table, table tennis a boules court and children's swings, slide and playhouse. In a quiet residential area, just 6km from the centre of Cannes and the famous Croisette. Also, a walk downhill takes you to the local town of Vallauris with all amenities and Cannes, Golfe-Juan, Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Mougins and many other beautiful places are just a short drive away. Plenty of sightseeing & activities to do for all the family generations and a lovely villa & garden to return to after a fun day sight seeing - relax and enjoy!

We are a married couple who have lived in our beautiful villa 'Mas le Verger' in this lovely part of the South of France for many years. Our children and grandchildren love to visit here and the layout and size of the villa lends itself perfectly for families. We love to travel and rent out our home while we are away. There are so many beautiful places to visit nearby and after an enjoyable sightseeing trip you can return to the villa, relax and enjoy all the villa's great facilities in your own private space.
