There is parking for one car only at this condo and the unit is on the 2nd floor. Additional overnight parking can be found on Airport Rd in Breckenridge.
Sleeping: Bedroom 1: queen bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2 main level). Bedroom 2: twin over twin bunk with twin trundle and extra full bed to the side (sleeps 4-5 main level). Bathroom for this bedroom is in the hallway outside of the bedroom. Bedroom 3/Loft: two twin beds (sleeps 2 up one level) with full bathroom. Extra Sleeping: queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2 main level). Maximum overnight capacity - 8
The Neighborhood: You'll be located just across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and right on Four O'Clock Ski Run to ski-in/ski-out. This condo is also within walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Main Street shops and restaurants!
Getting Around: There is parking for one car only at this condo. Additional overnight parking can be found on Airport Rd in Breckenridge. You do not need a car when renting this property. Ski area access is right outside the door and the walk to the city center shops and restaurants is a breeze! Come and go as you please while enjoying one of the most convenient locations to the ski area in all of Breckenridge!

Excellent Ski in/out location. Also very close to several other ski locations if you have a vehicle. Very close to shopping and dining as well. Great spot.
20 yards from 4 o'clock run, across the street from the Snowflake lift..great location. The unit has a great space, amazing views, and nicely updated. The host was very informative and responsive.
The property was flawless, everything worked perfectly. Super convenient location. My kids were extremely happy ski in and out. Excelent conditions. Rooms were spacious, size was perfect for a party of 6. I reccomend this place 100%.
We had a wonderful stay here! Perfect location, steps away from the snowflake lift, and a 10 minute walk to downtown. The space was perfect for parents and four teens. We all had a blast! The host was super accommodating about our late check out which was soooo appreciated! Will definitely plan to stay here again.
This property is in a great location for walking trails and easy access to town. The property is in good condition and was very clean and well supplied with towels and supplies. The three sleeping areas and three bathrooms are very helpful when bringing 6-8 people. The loft sleeping area is spacious. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and extremely pleased with the location.
We loved our stay and definitely will rent this property again for a ski vacation in Breckenridge. Even the people in our party who did not ski loved the easy walking distance to downtown Breck and watching the skiers go by the windows on their way to the Snowflake chairlift.
The rental was clean and stocked well. The windows need some maintenance though. Some are missing screens and a couple are only hanging on by 1 bolt. Otherwise, it was in an excellent location and we enjoyed our stay.
Very nice condo with great supplies of dishes, towels, kitchen supplies. Main bedroom has only a mattress on a platform-not to comfortable, otherwise good everything else.
We have stayed in this complex 4 times and in the immediate area 10 times due to the great convenience of the Snowflake lift. This condo was the 1st one we've stayed in that was totally renovated. Loved the views, bedding arrangements, furnishings and decor. Even the pillows and towels were top notch. Highly recommend this property.
Overall this was a PERFECT stay for our family! The location was ideal because we could walk directly across the street to the Snowflake lift, and were able to rent and store our ski gear at Charter Sports at the base of the lift. The condo was furnished very nicely and the service from the condo management team was excellent. We only had two minor issues with a coffee maker and a sink (draining) during our two week stay, and the management team was on top of both issues within two hours of reporting. Thumbs up!
