This luxurious home features wide open spaces, an elevator, and comfortable accommodations for 12 and various gathering areas for entertainment and relaxation. The living room features plenty of seating around our large Smart TV for optimal viewing on game days or movie nights. The dining table seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our state of the art kitchen is complete with quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink, gas range, new stainless appliances, splendid lighting, ample cabinet space and all of the necessary cookware to prepare and enjoy a lovely meal. The living and dining area are positioned by the panoramic sliding glass doors which give you unbridled views of the Gulf while you cook, dine or relax on the couch! Step outside onto any of our fully furnished balconies and enjoy serene views with your morning cup of coffee or watch our glorious sunsets.

This home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite is an oasis featuring a king size bed, fireplace, large smart TV, a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a private bathroom complete with a double sink vanity, oversize soaking tub, and huge walk in shower. The first guest bedroom is similarly appointed with a king size bed, panoramic Gulf views, private bathroom and a spacious walk in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large smart TV, beautiful views and a private bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. The third guest bedroom has two queen beds and a large smart TV with the bathroom just across the hall. The final guest bedroom has two custom twin over full bunk beds, a smart TV and a bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have generous closet space. This home also features a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide our guests with a starter amenity package, which includes: Gilchrist & Soames face and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible to supply their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
