This spectacular home with an open floor plan and grand outdoor living space is Florida living at its finest! We have 4 bdrms (2 en-suites) and 3 bthrms. The screened lanai with a Smart TV is perfect for relaxation. The backyard is a tropical oasis with tiki bar, fire pit, and saltwater heated pool. Two doors down, is 140 acre GT Bray Park with countless amenities and open to the public. We are minutes to the Gulf beaches on AMI. Bradenton Country Club is nearby for golf.

Welcome to our one-level home in the perfect location- close to beaches & the best park in the region! Walk directly out the backdoor to the beautifully manicured backyard pool, Tiki bar & yard; with the fantastic county park's disc golf, trails, pools, and courts at the end of the block! Dine al fresco on the screened in lanai with plenty of seating or take an evening dip in the heated salt water pool under the lights during your stay! Ice-cream shops and convenience stores abound in this upscale neighborhood.

You will have access to the entire house, yard, and garage minus a few locked cabinets with supply storage.

Great family retreat

We were wanting a place for our family to reconnect and this place did not disappoint. We had 4 couples and 2 little ones and had a wonderful time. Looking forward to doing it again!

Beautiful Stay!

We were so very impressed with this home that we can't wait to stay here again. First, the house is laid out great, and very clean. The outside, WONDERFUL. The pool is warm, refreshing and relaxing. Multiple sitting areas inside and outside. The host's are easy to talk to and fast response time. If there was an issue, they were on it asap. Overall, this house just seemed very home like, and easy to be comfortable at. Host's, thank you for making this home comfortable for our family!

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! Clean, updated, great communication with the owner. The heated pool (necessary when we were there in March) and backyard/tiki bar area are perfect. Lights and a disco ball were nice surprises for my little girls who had fun having bedtime dance parties under the stars! I must say this is one of the best stocked VRBOs I have stayed at, they thought of everything! Especially for babies/small children - crib, two pack n plays, high chair, umbrella stroller, baby walker, plastic plates/utensils, a baby float for the pool. Pool toys, beach toys, games/puzzles, darts, corn hole set for bigger kids. Location right next to the park is great with a playground and walking trails. Our only complaint was how bad the traffic/parking to the beach and Anna Maria island was. We may have been there the busiest week of the year (spring break right before Easter), but instead of a 15 min drive over it could take 45 min unless you go really early in the morning. We bailed on the beach a few days due to this, but the house and pool were so great no one really minded much.

Beautiful home

We checked in and were shocked on how nice the home was. The backyard gives off relaxing vibes. We were able to take in some Florida sun sitting in the chairs by the pool. Everyone that stayed commented on how nice the bedroom fans were and nobody got hot at night. The home had beach chairs and a cooler for us to use to make our beach day more enjoyable. We all had a great stay and hope to be back next year.

Great house!

The house was great for our group of 10! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area (especially the screens in lanai), as well as the close location to the beaches. It was convenient to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and the property manager was very attentive to all of our texts and questions. Great rental property!

Everything We Needed

We visited this lovely property with family from across the country. We enjoyed a lot of time around the pool and on the lanai. It was centrally located to the airport and everything we needed. The property was well stocked, and very comfortable for all. We would love to visit again! Thank you!

Great home for our soccer tournament stay!

We were visiting from California for a soccer tournament. This house was perfect for our needs. It was close to the soccer field and had ample restaurants/stores nearby for our group. The house set up worked very well for the 6 of us who stayed (three different families). The pool area was so cute/nicely set up. The host's communication was great and they were very responsive to any inquiries we had. We would recommend staying here!

Great place, perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The pool was very clean and we were able to swim a bit. The tiki bar out back was a fun touch. We spent most of our time on the screen porch.

Awesome house!

We came to the Tampa area for a national soccer tournament- we had three families sharing the house and it was perfect! Players shared the “kids” room and the 3 parents all had their own room! It was great! House was spotless and owner responded to my 1 million questions VERY FAST! Backyard was adorable too and the pool was great! Oh also some of our girls sleep with fans for noise and they panicked because they forgot theirs—the host had fans in every closet! Crisis averted! :) I highly recommend it!!!! If you’re wondering if you should book it - YES, you should.

Great property!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room. The pool area was a hugh hit with the kiddos. All of the basics were provided along with some extras. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood but only a short drive from the beach. Host was very accommodating and answered our questions right away.

Fantastic Family Retreat in Bradenton!

This was our second stay in this wonderful home during our visit to Bradenton to spend time with family, and it exceeded all our expectations once again. The layout of the home is fantastic, providing a seamless flow that catered perfectly to our needs. The rooms, including the bunk room for the kids, were not only comfortable but also added a touch of charm to our family stay. The pool area, complete with the awesome tiki bar, quickly became a favorite spot for both adults and kids alike. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, and we appreciated the attention to detail in creating such a welcoming space. The well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms were perfect, as they had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's these thoughtful touches that made our vacation truly relaxing and stress-free. Overall, our experience was nothing short of excellent. Everything you need!

The house is absolutely stunning. Beautiful inside and out! The pool and pool area was amazing! The house already had everything we needed. No use in overpacking. The layout of the home was perfect. We came with both sets of in-laws. Plenty of privacy and living room area to hang out and be social. The amount of seating area everywhere was wonderful! The bunk bed room was perfect for all of our girls. The jacuzzi tub and shower combination in the master was incredible. It was just what I needed to relax and unwind. The house is in a great location. Only 17 minutes from our favorite beach spot on Anna Maria. Only minutes from grocery stores and shopping. The neighborhood is great! Very friendly neighbors that would wave and welcome you. I love how clean and crisp everything felt. The wash off station beside the garage was great to get all the sand off of us and our things before going inside. There were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all in. We will definitely stay again and I will know that I can pack a little lighter!

Perfect Home for our Family Vacation

Where can I start! My family lives in Bradenton and we visit every 4 months or so, always renting a home for our stays since we are a bigger group when we have them over. This home was PERFECT for family reunion! The home has so many outdoor areas for people to lounge in. The tiki bar was a hit with the adults and the kids loved hanging around in the "Adult area" drinking their soda on the rocks lol. The kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi, which they really enjoyed going into in the evenings. The rooms were perfect for our group with so much space for all of us to spread out and then again reconnect for the board games they provided, etc. Also, the fire pit was a hit for smores! Perfect home - can't wait to be back!
