Roach Motel

This property has alot going for it actually. But the biggest down fall was the roaches. I couldn't get past that. I didn't use the kitchen at all. I paid to have use of a kitchen and couldn't get myself to cook with roaches present. When I notified host, he informed me to spray the Raid that was left under the sink. That tells me he knew his apartment has bugs. If the bug problem gets resolved, I will say it's a cute place, great location, convenient to local spots and downtown. Not a great place for walking around though if your unsteady on your feet. Sidewalks are very uneven. Close to fire department so was noisy a few times. Needs more towels, less mothballs and house rules made it hard to relax. I should get a partial refund! Roaches, Yuk!!

Cozy clean Bungalow for two....downtown San Antonio

Good location for the price...clean and roomy and quiet apartment...very comfortable bed and nice walk-in shower. Bath needed additional towels, washcloths (only had 2). Kitchen needed pizza pan & spatula and dish rags. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and were thankful for the accommodations close to downtown area.
