Beautiful place. Well stocked and had everything I needed. They even had modern commercial style washer and dryers for use. Everything was well designed and well decorated.
A lovely spot, especially when you can enjoy the porch and fire pit outside. The space is not large but really well organized to fit all the things you need. No oven but a stove, microwave, fridge, and basic kitchen supplies - great for simple meals. Really easy to communicate with the hosts. A great stay, would recommend!

Superb in every way. Wonderful attention to detail. They've fashioned a beautiful, homey, special haven. Comfortable in every aspect, yet so affordable (thank you for that!).
Renee's property was just what myself, my Aunt and my 12 year old daughter needed after my mom passing Easter morning. The cabin was clean, stocked with extra linens and towels. We loved the decor. Would love to come back and stay again soon!
That place was a restate for the last presently years annual church for the "Weekly Weekend." This like tiny house was just right, tasty designed and energize all or the areas activities.
We loved our stay at the Sassy Sasquatch! This tiny cabin had plenty of space for myself and my 6’3” husband! The furnishings made the cabin quite comfortable, so much so we just stayed in all weekend! The cabin is beautifully decorated and complete stocked with everything we might need, without making it feel cramped. Hosts were wonderful and even turned on the lights for us since we were coming in after dark. We will definitely be returning!
We very much enjoyed our little romantic getaway. Rene was very informative from the time of scheduling, throughout our stay and checkout. I loved all the cute decor and detail in the tiny home even down to the make up wipes in the bathroom. I’m a very detail oriented person and she has it all covered down to complimentary snacks. It’s perfect location just a few minutes from town. The wafflelatta and Val’s had delicious food and I Loved the little hip consignment shop at the back end of the corner that Ms. Shiloh owns. I do think we shall return soon perfect size for a couple just wanting a little getaway!! I highly recommend!

Train did come through but was not an issue. AC is about as good as window units.
I had to tack a towel over bathroom window as there was no shade on it or kitchen window.
Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.
The house was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that it is located between a busy highway and train tracks so it was very noisy. The train goes by all day and night. You also don’t have any control over the thermostats. They are set on 70 which was too warm for us at night😩
The host made the check-in and check-out very easy, the property is very clean, we didn’t try the Internet, paved roads are present to the front of the property with a gravel pad with sidewalk at the property, there are six steps to the front porch of the property which are wide with supporting handrails, the host had cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival, some snacks were also present, the tall pine trees at the property are very pretty, the host has done her best to anticipate needs of the guests, there are two split ac & heat units in the property which guests can set the temperature, the decor is very inviting and could easily be featured in a decor magazine. The property is about 6 miles from Mineola accessible by Highway 80.
This is a site to visit. Thile the size of the "Tiny House" off the outside view while small. There is a plenty of visible anything a small couple of a small family your eyes can't enjoyed often. This pleasant style rental has plenty of style and pizzazz go anywhere.
Wonderful place! Very nice and easy! Had everything we could have needed! It was obvious the host put a lot of thought and attention into details for accommodating guest. Highly recommend
