Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Location is the ONLY thing
As an owner of another short term rental property - I know what is involved in making a rental inviting. None of those things were done here.It was not very clean. The backyard was full of trash and weeds. The refrigerator had a partially used bag of ice in the freezer - I will not use ice that other peoples hands have been in. There were no wash cloths and the towels were few. Breakfast is the only meal we usually eat in a rental and there were only 4 spoons and 4 bowls in a unit that is set up for 6 people! One container of handsoap for bathroom and kitchen. No salt and pepper! I could go on...You really need to stay at your rental at least once to find out what is needed for a comfortable stay.The only advantage here was a covered parkiing space (that we littered with garbage) and the location in Tucson. There were no other short term rentals near the hospitals that we were visiting.I'm sorry to be so negative but people need to know. I certainly would have driven further or stayed in a hotel if I had known how un inviting this rental was.
