*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. It’s so close to the beach with beautiful views. The condo is clean and comfortable. The perfect place to relax and renew. Chad was very prompt and helpful when our air conditioning went out. It was fixed in less than an hour. We were grateful.

Great Vacation Getaway

Beautiful Indian Shores getaway

We spent a week at the Beach front Pipers Nest Condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The weather and the beach were beautiful, and the water was amazing. It was paradise. We will definitely be back.

Very nice condo! I loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. I loved being able to walk right out to the beach. We would love to come back and stay again.

Condo was nicely laid out, very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, etc. in a separate storage area. Beach was quiet and clean. Many good restaurants and things to do in the area.

Breathtaking views

The views from living room are truly breathtaking.. The south picture window with the double sliding doors that face the beach make this a must stay.. The weather was perfect for us literally the entire week. The location perfect to explore many waterfront restaurants near Johns Pass and some local hidden spots.

We had an awesome time. The unit was perfect for our family of five with three teenagers. The unit was clean and well maintained. The building was nice. Patio is great. The porch off the living room was perfect, nice seating and great views of the beach and the gulf. Location is perfect, close to food, restaurants, live music, We’d love to stay here again.

Great Location, Great Vacation

First time here and we were very happy with the location and rental. It is as described and very roomy! There were plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, etc.) The furniture was very comfortable from the recliners to the table chairs to the beds. The view was spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. The property was immaculate and the neighbors, who live in the complex, were very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Beyond expectations

There isn’t anything about this condo that we didn’t love. Spacious, newer appliances, lovely decor and a deck that had the best seat on the beach at sunset. We would absolutely come back.

We love the place and this is our fourth year here. Very comfortable well kept for a rental property. The only negative is that the spigot at the kitchen sink is a little tired.....difficult to move from hot to cold, and the spray attachment is fairly useless.

Great place to get away and relax!

This property is in a great location. The view off the ocean and the vibe of Indian Shores is so relaxing. In fact, my wife and I already booked another stay here next spring. There are some things in the condo that need some attention. Almost all the towel racks are coming off the walls and there were sugar ants that shared the space with us. I am sure the owners will get these things sorted. And, like I said, we are already booked for a return trip. This property is great for a romantic get away. It would also be great for a small family.

Perfect location!

We love vacationing in Indian Shores and when we do we prefer to stay in Piper's Nest. We've stayed in the complex before but this is the first time we have stayed in this condo. The condo was updated and perfectly fit our needs. The remodel looks great and we loved how bright and open the unit was. There were only a few things that would have made it better: Cleaner floors upon arrival (our feet were black after walking around in our bare feet and we never wore our shoes around the condo); a streaming device like a Roku so we could log into our streaming services to watch movies at the end of the day; and more usable/uniform coffee mugs. Overall loved the condo and will stay again! :-)
