Magie Blue is one of the only five penthouse units with individual roof top living decks. The deck features the spa/pool, outdoor kitchen, the lounge and is complemented by unparalleled 360 degree ocean and mountain views.

Magie Blue is a residence with lockout option and has two entrances and two full kitchens. It offers maximum flexibility in use and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or the entire family with kids.
While there is a lockout option available we prefer to rent to one party at a time and do not split the unit.

Oyster Bay Beach Resort

We love the island of Sint Maarten, and have stayed at the Divi and and at Oyster Bay Beach Resort in the Light House Villas in the past. The Villas are updated and beautiful, but the penthouse unit we stayed in the Main resort was has definitely become run down and tired. There was still food from the pervious renters in the refigerator, and some ants in the kitchen and bath. The owner did leave alot of her personal items in the unit, which seemed to detract from the ambience. We did love both resturants on site, and the staff was very welcoming. We will come back to this resort if we book the privately owned Lighthouse Villas. They do book out for quite a bite more money!

Oyster Bay

Staff was attentive, fun, and thoughtful. Facility has all the amenities so that you could stay onsite for an entire visit - beach, restaurants, small grocery, pool, common areas, activities. It is also easy to venture out and see the whole island. Property is a good option to enjoy St. Martin.

Beautiful views and a fun resort

We never received check in instructions and when we arrived the Reception Desk didn't have our reservation. After about 30 minutes they were able to reach Irene and get everything sorted out. Irene did call to apologize about the mix up. After that, our stay was perfect. We loved spending time on the deck watching the ocean and pelicans. The resort had daily activities including exercise, music, beach chairs and umbrellas, happy hour, and games. The restaurant food was great and reasonable for a resort. The staff throughout the property were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return to Irene's place in Oyster Bay Beach Resort.

Amazing place

The place has amazing views. The rooftop deck with private spa/pool was my kids favorite place to relax. The resort's 24x7 pool was only a few minute walk from the unit and the beach was a 5 minute walk. The resort provided chairs and umbrellas, which makes long days with kids at the beach so much more enjoyable. The room was stocked with beach towels, so no need to fill your suitcase with ones from home. Irene is an great host and communicates the check-in process clearly. Another great plus about the resort is their drink prices, only $3 for a beer and $7 for a frozen drink and to make that even better from 4pm - 6pm is is buy one get one free. I can't wait to book this place again!

Perfect vacation

Irene was very easy to work with in renting this property. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The roof top deck and pool was our favorite. We will be looking to rent this unit again in the future. Irene was also very kind and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything.

As advertised!

The penthouse condo was lovely. The decks were all oceanfront , although only the small one off the one bedroom was truly private. There was plenty of room with chairs, tables, loungers and a sofa on the upper deck. Everything was clean and well maintained. Working with Irene was seamless and she contacted us to be sure everything was to our liking. We had our Covid tests were done at the resort and it was more or less hassle free ( had to reschedule ) I would recommend this property.

An Awesome Place

My wife and I just spent 10 wonderful days in this fabulous penthouse apartment over Christmas. The roof top absolutely private sundeck with hot tub/plunge pool was where we spent almost all of our time. It sits right on the ocean with the sound of the waves a constant soothing presence. The overall property is beautifully maintained and managed and has a lovely beach and amazing pool. All equipment in the unit was first class and cooking in was easy and very pleasant. Highest recommendation for the owner and the services. We never had to wait for anything. This property should be on the top of your list.

Dream vacation

Fantastic place and property. I know this is not the proper place,BUT, I can’t find any other way to get in contact with VRBO. I’ve had to cancel the second part of our trip to Antigua due to covid 19, the owner has been notified and I will call VRBO when home, I can’t get through while here. Hopefully, VRBO has a plan in place as I have spent a lot of money but can’t go now. Antigua Id HA-8PXHBN. Thank you Todd mcvee

Oyster Bay Resort Fantastic

Everything was great. The property is well maintained and the staff are super. Fantastic Dawn beach is adjacent to the property. The beach and pool were so relaxing. Ms Irene , the owner, was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. This was one of the nicest vacations resorts I’ve been too.

Million Dollar View

The view is without a doubt one of the best. The upper deck is amazing. You will enjoy quality time with a great view. The check in process took a while. Long lines and they couldn’t find my reservation but this is just part of the process sometimes. The dryer keeps your clothes until the cycle is complete so if your in a hurry don’t put something in it and expect it out ASAP. Maybe we just didn’t understand how to properly use it. However, you are on island time so you just grab another piece of clothing and make do until the door decides to unlock and give you your clothes back. With a view like this who cares about laundry? The property is really amazing and I would highly recommend to those looking for an exceptional view. Thank you for sharing your property with my family and allowing us to make wonderful memories.

Amazing property in Caribbean paradise

Property is amazing, spacious, neat and clean. Breathtaking view from the balcony and rooftop. We had our own jacuzzi and grill on rooftop, being able to grill some fish and veggies for dinner with that view was priceless. Resort has everything you may need: from souvenir store to car rental. Very convenient. We’re very grateful to Irene for her suggestions what to visit and what to do on the island. The beach at Anse Marcel with it’s restraint and delicious French cuisine is the MUST.

Family Vacation

Had an amazing time. We rented a car and had to opportunity to explore the island. Sad to see that there is still much rebuilding that needs to be done. Our stay in Ms Irene’s condo was fabulous. We had our teenage (18,19) son and daughter and they enjoyed time on the balcony in the hot tub.

Words cannot express how nice this unit is!

We could barely leave the room. The rooftop pool is a nice cool temperature most days and is very refreshing there's a grill on the top deck with a wine fridge. We stayed up there all day. If its too sunny on the top floor go down to your first balcony where its shady with a little more wind. Go down pick up the steaks from the fridge and head back up for dinner with a bottle of prosecco and end the night back in the now lit pool staring at the stars or the view of the resort pool which looks amazing at night. Mention Irene's name at check-in as the resort was a little confused when I tried to check in with just the VRBO confirmation. They straightened it out quickly once they realized which room to send us to. You will never regret staying here. We already can't wait to come back.

Super vacation

We stayed at this condo for 9 days and it was paradise!. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. In this situation the pictures do not lie. Everything is as advertised, whether you are looking at the pictures of the condo, or the beautiful outdoors views. The condo was very well appointed. There is nothing that I can think of that was lacking. The owner, Irene, was very forthcoming about where to go and what to do. A very nice lady! The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served wonderful meals at very reasonable prices. Sleeping with the wind and waves to listen to was perfect. Beautiful beach at the resort as well as additional beaches on both the Dutch side and the French side. We were very sad to leave this beautiful place but are already planning our return.

Fabulous

We made last minute reservations and Irene was so accommodating! This place was clean, beautifully and very comfortably done. Not only was it spacious but very sunny and bright. The kitchen was perfect and fully equipped. If that wasn’t enough - the balconies and the private penthouse deck with spa were amazing. Wonderful Place

My wife and I visited the Oyster Bay past Fall, a year after Irma. We were really glad to see so much restoration work has been done. Joyous and friendly atmosphere as always. A wonderful family vacation!

My husband, youngest son and I spent 9 nights at the Magie Blue. It was beyond wonderful. The pictures do not due it justice. My husband and I have been regular visitors to Saint Martin and, OBBR in general, since 2006. We normally drop our stuff and travel around the island. Not this time! Pretty much everything we needed was well provided for right in the condo. Thank you to Irene for making our vacation so wonderful. We look forward to another visit very soon!!

Gorgeous ocean views

The photographs don't do this property justice. Overlooking the sea, with a view of St. Bart's, everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful week in St. Maarten/St. Martin. Oyster Pond is located right on the border between the Dutch and French sides of the island, a 10-15 minute drive to Phillipsburg and a 20 minute drive from all the restaurants in Grand Case. We also enjoyed visiting the local creperie and enjoyed meals at Big Fish, Mr. Busby's, and Beau-Beau's. This condo is well-maintained and the owners appear to be conscientious and available. There is a current seaweed problem on the beaches found on the entire Atlantic side of the island (yes, even on Orient Beach), but hopefully that is temporary. There was ample parking on the property, even if you did occasionally have to park some distance from the unit due to high season volume. Overall, a wonderful experience; we hope to return some day.

3rd time wonderful stay

We were fortunate to stay a third time at this wonerful and beautiful place. Very comfortable apartment with daily sight seeing view. Anyone who considers to visit St. Martin this is the place to stay and do not doubt you will enjoy it every moment!
