A wonderful family vacation

This House is beautiful inside, has a completely stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect. My husband attended a meeting in Southampton (about 5 minutes away) while my children and I took a nice walk to the stores and grabbed lunch in town our first day. The next day was spent on cooper’s Beach. We had a great family picnic and met up with extended family. It was a perfect home away from home for us. We also had some great beach weather--but at times a bit muggy so the central air was great to have at night. We loved the house and the area. It was a memorable vacation for us and a worthwhile place to stay.

The perfect House at the perfect Location!

This property exceeded our expectations. The main level has a giant kitchen and dining area with plenty of space the living room is huge and worked out well for our large family. The house has a great lay out with a meticulous eye for design, modernity and comfort. The space was spotless on arrival. Check-in was easy and Sandra was very accommodating regarding a late check-out. The upstairs master bedroom has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the grand foyer. The central location made everything accessible to us. We visited 2 great beaches on Dune road and also enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the Hub of the Hamptons, all within a 2 minute drive. We had a great time and are planning to return next year.

A great spring getaway! Loved this House!

This property is really great and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen and living room are both huge. Our large family was very comfortable. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with towels, linens, dishes cooking utensils--you name it! I loved the master bedroom with the Hot Tub. Four of us were able to fit--very roomy. Lot's of space and seating outside too. The back yard was very quiet and secluded. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed shopping and dining out on main street and also went to Dune road & the beaches. We will be back!

Great Weekend Excape

This house is wonderful. We loved everything about it and had a really great time. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back deck with pool and hot tub. My girlfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom and especially enjoyed the King size bed. The layout of the house was great and location was convenient to everything. Sandra was great! She met us at the house and showed us around. She was easy to reach when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the grill. We had a great time.

Our best summer in the Hamptons!

This house is amazing. We loved everything about it and had a really great time. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful grounds and hanging out in the hot tub at night. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the very comfortable King size bed. The design of the house makes you feel like you are in a palace. I loved looking down from the balcony in my room. It was also very convenient to everything. Sandra was great! She met us at the house and showed us around. She was easy to reach when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the Hot tub. We had a fantastic time and we will be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway with friends

Just returned from a fantastic weekend at Sandra's house in Hampton Bays. The house was perfect for our group of friends (13 of us in total) and was centrally located just a few minutes from the Hampton Jitney stop, LIRR, Ponquogue beach (amazing beach!) and great restaurants in the Hampton Bays area. Sandra was a wonderful host from the first time I reached out to her about the house through to the very end of our stay. She was always easy to get in touch with and happy to answer any and all of my questions. It was a true pleasure communicating with her and enjoying the weekend at her property. We will be back!

Amazing home for a relaxing beach weekend!

This was an absolutely amazing house to spend a weekend at. Sandra was the most gracious host and wonderful to work with. She was very accessible by phone and accommodated our very last-minute request for this past weekend. We had a group of 16 people and felt incredibly comfortable. The place looks exactly like the photos and felt brand new! Even during our stay, when we needed anything or had any questions, Sandra and her husband were only a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again. The LIRR station is about a 20 minute walk, but less than a 3 minute drive. Also, the beach is about a 5 minute drive away. Everything was clean and perfect. If you had any worries about this place.. don't! It was amazing!
