Oceanfront, Newly Renovated, Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, Perfect Location

WaterPointe II, The All Seasons Resort, provides the perfect amenities to enjoy the beach any time of the year. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, ocean-front outdoor pool, sun deck, exercise room, and direct beachfront access make it the perfect vacation destination. It is located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with only 54 units in the entire building.

Wildcat Waves is on the 4th floor and has been completely remodeled and updated with whole-house laminate flooring, granite countertops, new sliding doors for the best ocean views, and walk-in showers. The views of the ocean and beach from the private walk-out balcony are spectacular in both directions.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This is our personal vacation home and we look forward to sharing it with you! However, this is not just a vacation building. There are several full-time residents that are fortunate enough to make WaterPointe II their full-time home. Please be kind and respectful.

No trailers, motorcycles, or RV's are allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No house parties or events. No smoking or pets.

Birthday getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean looked exactly like photos. Well maintained . Hosts organized , making your stay enjoyable. Enjoyed location and very short walk to beach. The condo building very well maintained. Pools clean . Plenty to do in Myrtle beach especially had fun at Duplin winery Barefoot landing and Murrells inlet. Definitely want to go back.

Holiday heaven

Great location. Condo is as advertised. Beach Treats & More convenience store walking distance for resupplies. Food Lion grocery store a mile away. Barefoot Landing a mile away. Many options for dining out nearby. Mall and Outlets not far away. And of course the beach is right out the back door.

Wonderful updated condo !!!

This was our 2nd stay here & we LOVE IT !!! The location can’t be beat !!! The main road gives your Alabama Theater, barefoot landing , house of blues etc. I love the extra security if the outside door has a code , the door to pool also has a code , it made us feel super safe. We will book this condo again for sure !!!

Cozy getaway

Place was cozy and we loved the view from the balcony. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. We had to go out on our first night and purchase a Swiffer to wet clean the floors. My granddaughter's feet were black after walking around the floors. We emailed the address given in the welcome book to no avail. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Just perfect

Have stayed in numerous vrbo up and down the coast and this is the ultimate. Location , furnishings all top notch , the owners have done an outstanding job with their unit , additionally the interaction with the owner was so pleasant and she was so kind and helpful . This is the first place I will look for availability any time I come to the beach

This unit was absolutely great! The only thing that was a small hiccup was the microwave did not work. Otherwise everything went well and the unit was very well kept and kitchen was very equipped with anything you would need. Would love to stay there again!!

The spectacular Wildcat.

Wildcat waves is a magnificent place. There is plenty of room. The sun rises and sun sets are marvelous out on the balcony. I would return my stay in a heartbeat. Take it from my family to yours "If you want to relax and feel soothing the Wildcat wave is the place to Stay."

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful with a lovely beach, Americana theme. Of all the units we saw during our stay, this was by far the most updated and modern. The shiplap was so nice. It felt like Chip and JoJo decorated this unit. From the comfy coffee mugs to the deck furniture, the owners missed no details. The furniture in the living room was comfortable, and in excellent condition. The only negative about our stay was the neighbor down the hall. He complained and made comments to us and our kids that made the rest of our stay uncomfortable.

Beach Getaway 2023

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach now for 5 years & this condo was BY FAR our favorite place we’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, newly remodeled, beautiful kitchen that was well stocked, living room couches were very comfortable, view from balcony and master king room was such an added bonus. Showers are great with very good water pressure. Condo building itself is at a great location - very close to Barefoot Landing, the parking situation is more than ideal, beach access is very easy and close, and we loved having an indoor heated pool and hot-tub to utilize on the rainy days/nighttime! I honestly cannot say enough to praise how amazing this vacation was! Please please consider booking with Jennifer & Rob - the price is WORTH IT. We will 100% be booking here again.

We have been vacationing at Waterpointe II for over 20 years. In 2019 we finally purchased our own slice of paradise and named it Wildcat Waves. In all of the years we have been coming to this area, we have never found another building that has all that Waterpointe II has to offer. Our favorite parts are the quiet, family-friendly beach that is directly in front of the building and the private balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. It is truly one of our favorite places on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
