This is a really great spot for the price. Comfortable rooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals every day.
The owner is very responsive and helpful.
The location is excellent and there’s a really great co-working spot just down the street. It’s part of a small cluster of townhomes and since the neighbors are always out and about the shared areas, it feels safe. Parking is super convenient.
The very minor downside for us was that the main living area on the bottom floor doesn’t get a ton of natural lihht.

I have been married for over 15 years and am blessed with a wonderful wife and daughter.

I have owned this property since college. My wife and I decided to turn this into a furnished rental after having on the long term rental market for many years. The location is amazing and it is so close to everything Boulder has to offer. Which is what makes this place so unique.

The location of Shady Hollow is what makes it so appealing. Its right across the street from Rayback Collective, it's on several bike paths, and within walking distance of many of Boulders best features, such as downtown, whole foods, and much more. Its close to the major streets in and out of town so its easy to get to Denver, Longmont, Lyons, and so much more.
