Big House + Yard Near Sundae Sch + Sea St Beach

Spend your vacation in this roomy (inside and out) house just around the corner from Sundae School and an easy walk to Sea St beach. This extra big ranch features a huge yard complete with grill, picnic table, hammocks, and horse shoe pits -- perfect for hanging out with friends and family. And wait until you see the garage, which is set up as a playroom for kids and adults. Complete with games and a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, you will almost wish for a rainy day. Located on a quiet side street off Sea St, this sunny and spacious house is also walking distance to the Wee Packet and Royal Pizza. Large eat-in kitchen. Window ac units.

- Tenants bring their own bed sheets. There are a variety of towels (bath and beach) at the house which you are welcome to use provided you wash before you leave. If you prefer to travel light, we can provide sheets for a fee of $15 per person.

- Pets are welcome with a one time $200 pet fee.

- There is a maximum occupancy of six adults. Small children are not included in this number.

- One full bath, one half bath, and outdoor shower.

- Sea St Beach is just over 7/10ths of a mile from the house.

Location was great. Close to beaches and restaurants. Home was well kept and clean. More charging outlets would improve the experience. But the ones available served my needs. I would rent the property again.

Great stay

House is in located in a wonderful spot. Easy to walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We had a couple of issues in the beginning of our stay but Margaret was great and everything was taken care of quickly. Would stay here again!

Great Rental Property!!

The house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in, in over 30+ years! Very spacious, great game area in garage, great communication with agent. We had a great time!

Great vacation house

Beautiful house and yard, incredibly comfortable with ACs in every room (lifesaver in July!), plus a ton of fun activities provided in the detached garage. Would absolutely rent again.

Great location, AC, bonus room and dog friendly

No need to get in the car. This house is walking and biking distance to the Sea St and West Dennis beaches and numerous restaurants. A bike ride or short car ride to mini golf, kayaking/paddleboarding and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house was well equipped for the humidity of the Cape, each room had an air conditioner and ceiling fan, awesome! We loved having both an outdoor and indoor shower. Amenities like a washer and dryer was super helpful. A bonus was the game room in the garage. It has been a very rainy summer so when outdoor activities were not possible, we could hang out and play ping pong and pool in the garage. Everything a family will need. Thank you for a great stay!

Returning renters

We had another nice stay set week! The house was exactly what was online and we love the location, garage, and good sized bedrooms. My only tip would be to add hooks in each bedroom (or over the closet hanging hooks) as there were 6 of us and nowhere to all hang our bath towels. I have to say the closets are a great size so you don’t have to step over suitcases or bags each day. We will be back next year!

Our Favorite Place on the Cape!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here many times, and it is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. There is plenty of room, and the game room in the garage is always a big hit. The house very well kept, and has everything we need. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect for our Thanksgiving get away!

My husband and I, our two grown kids and their significant others had a wonderful time during the Thanksgiving holiday we spent here. This place was dog friendly, and both kids have a dog, and we were able to walk them to the beach a few times, less than a mile away. The home gave us lots of room to spread out, play some games, and cook an entire holiday meal without being on top of each other. There was a great game room in the garage which we didn't use because it was a little too cold there, but if we rent again in the summer it would be a blast! Thanks for having so many extras there that we didn't expect, like the lobster pot, all the lobster crackers and plenty of good pots and pans, casserole dishes, towels, as well as plates, glasses & silverware. We had a great time!!!!

Our Cape vacation

Classic Cape Cod

From start to finish the process went very smoothly. The property was well represented in the listing, and it was accurate in reality. The accommodations were clean, up to date and perfect for the classic Cape Cod vacation. The amenities available were over and above most others. Lovely home in Dennisport

Very clean and modern. Great bathrooms! Pleased that every room had a window air conditioner (we had a very warm week). No dishwasher, though. And the nearest beach was almost a full mile away compared to the listing that said it was .5 miles away. That made it more difficult with a 3 yr. old in tow.

First family vacation with our almost 2 twins

Everything was perfect. My siblings all rented their own houses in town. The plan was to take turns hosting at night but once we saw the yard, fire pit and garage (playroom) we knew we would host most nights. It was great! Only downfall was the outside shower wasn’t hooked up but that won’t stop us as we are hoping to rent next year as well.

From the start the realtor/manager was a dream to work with. The location was in the middle of everything. Quiet neighborhood. House was nice and beds were comfortable. We had a couple issues with minor mechanical problems, but the realtor drove over that day to address and fixed it on the spot. Overall a very nice house and location.

Don't hesitate...book it! :)

Don't have a single complaint - the location was wonderful, the neighborhood very quiet, the property manager available & communicative. The game room was a huge score with our teens, as was the hammock and large yard! The house is comfy and very nicely decorated...tasteful but not pretentious. Just lovely! The beds were very comfortable, and having a washer & dryer available was a huge blessing. We'd stay there again without hesitation. :)
