Very cute and cozy single bed home! We had no issues, it was a quiet area very close to town. Slight step into the kitchen to stub your toe on if not careful. Very few cookware, only one pan to cook with. Overall, cozy, well furnished, great bathroom.

Misleading
If I had known this was basically the ghetto I I would have not booked. My daughter and I didn’t feel safe at all. The walls were so thin you can hear every car drive by, anyone outside talking, sirens, ect. Constant leaky shower head, hair on the bedsheets, dirty toilet seat, backyard unkept, and the bed was hard as a rock.
I will say for the price I was overall pretty happy. There are a few things I will say….. one the houses surrounding are pretty run down, two the back yard is over grown and would have loved to have a seating area either out back or even seats on the porch. The house was clean would stay again. Just make sure you are prepared for the area.
It is a nice place to stay. The bed is really good.

Invest in proper window coverings
This was overall a fairly decent unit inside. Care was clearly taken to provide comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchen areas. The unit is in a part of town that has a reputation for being a little rough. There were no curtains and the blinds had holes so big that the direct neighbors or anyone putting in just a little effort could easily see what the guests are doing inside. The neighborhood is manageable and the location is convenient. However, there should be more effort to create a greater sense of safety by investing in the window coverings and a manual inside only bolt lock for both the back and front doors.
