Comfortable beach condo, perfect for 2-4 guests. A new queen mattress in our guest bedroom, new washer and dryer combo appliances, and decorative electric fireplace with remote! Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this cozy, budget friendly 2 bedroom beach condo!

Our condo rests on top of the sand dunes which provides a tranquil atmosphere with your very own deck perfect for unwinding. Facing Santa Cruz, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunset. Our home may be older with older furnishings, but it is comfortable and perfect for a family who wants an enjoyable & affordable beach vacation. This condo offers a clean, well stocked kitchen and living room with all the essentials you need for a comfortable vacation.

Beach entrance is just a few doors down. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Nearby Pickle Ball, tennis, and basket ball courts, are easily accessible and just a short walk away. Behind the courts you will find our peaceful lagoon where you can enjoy a tranquil walk while looking at the wild life surroundings.

Free high speed wireless community WIFI. We are within a gated community which provides security 24/7. Conveniently located right in between Santa Cruz and Monterey County. Our condo is professionally cleaned and maintained with on site care for all your needs. Staff available 7 days a week!

Peaceful and Relaxing stay

Cozy space with great beach access and very quiet. Lots of walking areas and several pickleball and tennis courts for the sports minded

Great spot!

Pajaro Dunes is quiet and beautiful. This specific property is clean, everything worked well, and had a well-stocked kitchen an cleaning supplies you might need. It also has a washer and dryer, not pictures but definitely handy for a 4 night stay with kids. We had a great time!!

Great location...tired condo

The location is awesome!! Walks on beach 3 times a day!! The house needs some TLC. Drawer in kitchen broken, the slats for the bed in second bedroom aren't long enough so the mattress kept curling off the side of the bed. The slider worked so hard we thought it was broken. The master bedroom blinds were broken... but we fixed those...I think!! The place just needs some basic maintenance. So hopefully most of things will be taken care of. The location is FANTASTIC! We saw dolphins, seals, sea otters, and pelicans. The house was comfortable for the four of us. Well stocked kitchen. We did all of our own cooking and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Really....if the maintenance issues get solved, this is a great place!!

Pay attention to the fees

The property is located closer to the parking lot than to the ocean. It's a short walk to the ocean either way, but if you were hoping to look out your window at the ocean, it's not quite that close. The property was clean and well-maintained. Staff was pleasant and checked us in quickly. The king-sized mattress is a little on the firm side, but otherwise comfortable. Unlike some other properties we've stayed at, minor items like soap and shampoo for the shower were not provided so plan on bringing your own if you plan on using the shower. Hand soap for the sink was provided. IMO, the chairs and sofa could stand to be a little more comfortable. They aren't old or worn down by any stretch, but they get uncomfortable to sit in for longer stretches. If you are planning to rent this property through VRBO, check the fees before committing. We rented for a three night stay and the fees (between VRBO fees and resort fees) ended up being almost as much as the three-night rental fee. The fees at other rentals that I've rented through VRBO have not been nearly as high. We like this complex very much, but given the cost we probably would pick a different unit on our next trip.
