The pool and hot tub are a short 2 minute walk down the path. Ping pong table, pool table and comfortable seating area to sit and watch movies in the lower level. The house is perfect for families or big groups with room for up to 14 people. 1 hour drive from Salt Lake City. 20 minutes to Snowbasin. Just 10-12 minutes to Powder Mountain, 5 minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, 7 minutes to Pineview Reservoir. Hike outside your door or all over the Ogden Valley!
The space offers a two-level home with unique and modern furnishings. Five of the rooms have large beds and large windows with lots of light. The Sixth room is a tiny bunk room for kids ONLY! The kitchen, dining and living area are all open concept. A great space to cook and entertain with your family and friends.
Guests are invited to use the neighborhood clubhouse, exercise equipment, pool, hot tub, basketball court and tennis court. GREAT rates for golf at Wolf Creek.

Guests will have full use of the house. THE GARAGE IS NOT USABLE AS IT IS LOCKED OFF WITH THE OWNERS CAR AND BELONGINGS!
