About this property

Beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse with a pool!

We can't wait for you to begin your stay with us! This stunning townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an open floor plan, and a beautifully decorated interior. In addition, your family will be close to everything because the townhome is centrally-located.

The large shared swimming pool (with lap lanes) and hot tub are heated year-round for your enjoyment. This is truly a perfect place to enjoy a serene desert vacation!

This townhouse is part of The Casitas, which is an ideal spot for mountain bikers, hikers, and all lovers of Southern Utah's landscapes.

The area:
The entrance to Zion National Park is only 36 miles east; Quail Lake (eight miles east) and Sand Hollow State Park (13 miles east) are close by as well. You can ride from the house to the Prospector Church Rocks Loop and other local biking trails, and you'll have easy access to area golf courses. On top of this, you can easily enjoy an assortment of dining, shopping, and entertainment in the heart of St. George. (located only 7 miles southwest)

We had a group of 10 with 6 kids who stayed here to explore Zion during Winter Break. Great space, worked good for our group with the bedrooms and number of beds. Good location--quiet, nice. Poorly stocked VRBO in terms of kitchen, TV, and misc. Cable wasn't working and we couldn't watch football at night; we wanted to cook and really couldn't get much done because lack of supplies. No tissues for my nose. It didn't feel like home away from home. Cooking felt like I was camping and had to figure out how to do without.

Cozy townhome!

This townhome was amazing to stay in. It had all the amenities that we were looking for. The spacious layout way ideal for a group of six and the beds were so comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful, big and clean

This was a great place for a family weekend together. The rooms are large. The living room/kitchen area is well-separated from the bedrooms so people have peace and quiet when they need it. The whole place was spotless. The beds were all nice (the bigger ones had memory foam). The hosts were quick to respond when we hadn't received the check-in msg. And the neighborhood has a parking area at the end where the small dogs can do their business that has doggie bags and trash cans. Close to the grapevine trail for some easy mountain biking. All around great place. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but we checked both out and they were well-maintained and even the pool was warm (in January, with snow on the ground). Will likely stay here again.

Repeat guest. Great property!

I need to work remotely on occasion in the St. George area and have really enjoyed staying at this property. It is well maintained and furnished and in a great location to also get out enjoy the gorgeous outdoor trails and parks in the area. Communication, check in, check out, all really easy. Management is very friendly and professional.I particular love the garage door opener available for use during the stay. So helpful!

We had the most comfortable stay for our busy weekend. The rooms are spacious and the townhome had everything we needed. The family room was a nice spot to sit and visit with each other and the pool was nearby and just right for some downtime. I’m so glad we found this one and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect home away from home

Comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of towels. Fully equipped kitchen, including: small coffee maker, griddle, waffle maker, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Garage was too small for my 1500 Silverado short-bed truck, but we managed. I would recommend staying here, and I would stay here again myself.
