A beach cottage built in the 1950's, this home has all of the quaintness of old-style Florida, updated to today's standards. Enjoy the proximity to the Beach as well as the Bay access two blocks away. A golf cart community with the ability to drive to downtown Fort Walton Beach in the cart. (Golf cart available). You will love the backyard with an inground fire pit and a large screened in porch.
