About this property

Eagles' Nest Lodge (Direct ATV Trail Access)

Imagine waking up to the serene environment of rural Maine, while yet staying in a location just mere minutes from the largest mountain lake east of the Rocky Mountains. At Eagles' Nest Lodge, your imagination can become reality as you whisk away from reality into Maine's crown jewel, Moosehead Lake. The Moosehead Lake Region is one of the most famous areas in the United States for outdoor getaways, and this property gives you the ultimate base camp for your trip into the great outdoors. This property has direct access to the ITS Trails, which is a series of ATV and Snowmobile trails that intersect around Maine to create a way to travel across Maine (even into Canada) on your ATV or Snowmobile. Be sure to be on the lookout for wildlife, as deer and moose sightings are a common occurrence in the dusk and dawn hours!

Hunting

We’ve been “hunting” in Greenville for years now and stayed in numerous spots. But this place was the most convenient location yet. Place was nicely located between town and where we hunt. Would stay here again.

Maine Trip

The stay was amazing! Our host Vince was great with quick responses to any questions and extremely helpful. The house has direct access to ATV trails which is what we were looking for. We all had a great time and would recommend to anyone!

Great place

The location was excellent, the property was beautiful. Our only suggestion would be to put in air conditioning in. The heat was in the upper 80's during the time we were there and the only cool space was in the basement. Air conditioning would have been a God-send.
