Everyone will feel at home with the inviting living spaces on each level, private bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, covered decks and sun decks, and a private hot tub. The top level incorporates an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to spacious decks. The living area has several comfy sofas around a flatscreen TV, the dining area has a table for eight, sliding glass doors open to a large sun deck and a covered deck with a table for al fresco dining. The kitchen has everything to prepare your favorite meals and island bar seating for two. When it's time to relax with five bedrooms everyone can find their getaway for the evening. Sand Fiddler Dayz will be the perfect spot for you, your family, and your dogs to make those amazing OBX memories.

Beach Access: You will appreciate the short walk to the community beach walkway that lands you right at the ocean and beach. Sand Fiddler Dayz also has access in season to the Village Beach Club which offers an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, cafe, and direct beach access.
Exploring Nags Head: The Seaside neighborhood is great for walking, running, or biking and you are close to our favorite local restaurants, wonderful unique shops, and wonderful outdoor adventures.

Pet-Friendly homes allow up to 2 dogs max per stay. There is an additional $25 nightly fee for bringing pets, please let us know if and how many pets you are bringing at the time of booking.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
