feel at home at our cozy attached guest housed

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place including restaurants, concert venues, sport venues, nightlife, hiking. The apartment is fully stocked. we live on the property so if we missed something let us know and we will bring to you. we do have washer/dryer on premises so if you need we will make it available. We do have children and a dog but they will not disturb your stay. private entrance, street parking only. Be our guest!
The space
this is a home from 1945. the floors are the original tobacco concrete, original bathroom. most comfortable mattress and 2 smart tvs where you are welcome to stream. there is a full kitchen which is fully stocked. there will be coffee available for your use. if you have any special requests before you arrive, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

*** through most of the month of October our home will be decorated for halloween***

you will enter via side of house through gate and will be provided key to access. instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

Gem in North Encanto

Quiet neighborhood proximate to Encanto Park. Private entry both easy to find and secure. Lots of space to spread out. Grocery stores walkable. Host super attentive. Hope I can stay again!

Great location

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get on the interstate. Quiet neighbor with plenty of nearby restaurants. Will be sure o stay again if we come back to Phoenix.

WOW! This is the place to stay

Had a conference at Phoenix College and stayed at Melanie's place. I could not have picked a better place! She was extremely communicative and helpful and the unit was perfect for me and my husband. Wonderful neighborhood and conveniently located to downtown. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place!
