A Note from the owners:
A personal note from Monika and Jay, the owners of the home. We have been drawn to Palm Springs for as long as we can remember and were finally able to find a property we loved to own. We are fascinated by the classic Mid Century modern design feel with hints of old Hollywood all throughout Palm Springs. We wanted to maintain the architectural integrity of the renowned Hugh Kaptur design but bring in some simple modern elements that allow us to relax and decompress into the desert landscape. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do with those you love! The pool and yard are our favorite place in the home. Watching the sunset with friends on the outdoor couch with a fresh cocktail is one of our favorite places to be, and hope you do the same!
The house is just a short Uber, Lyft or taxi ride to nightlife, restaurants, & shopping. Services like grocery stores and gyms are quite close as well. Within walking distance to Albertsons grocery store and Starbucks.
