Stellar Service

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. The host was very accommodating. The place was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of three. Also any questions I had I got a reply right away. That really goes a long way. I would definitely recommend.

Needs Improvement

Stayed here for 5 days. The location is great, easy access to everything. Check in was smooth. Walls look like a child painted them but the place was clean overall. Getting into the gate was an absolute headache. The lister has to buzz you in every time and most days the call box was malfunctioning. After checkin we discovered there was black mold covering the vent in the bathroom. Alerted the lister and she said she would contact the leasing office and did offer to refund our money. It was 7 at night at this point so there was no option to find another place in such short notice and hotels were not an option with our little one. The issue was never resolved and the mold will probably still be there when the next person checks in.

Needs more things!!!

The apartment was nicely decorated. It was just lacking several things like a broom and mop. We stayed for 17 days until my new home was completed. Someone put sheets in the cabinet in the kitchen. I also advised property owner that one of the key fobs was not working and she said, “we should only have one”. I told her that we need both because we would not be coming in at the same times. She never did anything about it. I call to to advise her that there hair left in the bathroom floors and in the drawers. The owners needs to supply more things to make the kitchen more functional like, extra towels in the bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is clearly for two people but advertised as three people. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa plus there was no extra pillows. There no light bulbs in the bedroom lamps. The toaster wasn’t working in the kitchen. We were highly inconvenienced by only have one key fob. The owner could careless she just said, “we only get one the other should have stayed in the box”.

Great hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay! Tamika was a great host. Anything I needed she got it done in a timely manner. Her communication was outstanding. The apartment was beautiful and clean! Thank you for the hospitality! Book, because I definitely will be booking again whenever I come back to Houston.
