About this property

Watch and enjoy nature unfolding in the beautiful patio area outside, a spacious bi level deck with a fire pit for your quiet relaxation as you retreat with your family & friends. Home sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms, plus two family rooms on a lower level. A large movie room with a bar, karaoke and variety of board games. Another room with Poker, Chess and Pool Tables. It also has a bright & open living area where you can enjoy watching movies, or play variety of games. All bedrooms are equipped with ACs during the summer season.

The house is located in a private community, on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and conveniently close to the entrance gate. Guests can purchase daily community pool wrist bands upon their registration at the welcome center or later at the pool with a guest pass. As of this year, the community charges $12 per person for daily amenities, it includes pools, courts, kayaks, boat rentals.

Pleasant Evening

The house was lovely and just what we needed after a long day. There was a bit of a snafu with check-in that made the process a little lengthy and uncomfortable, but other than that instructions were clear and thorough. Once through we had a very pleasant evening with everything necessary, and enjoyed making a beautiful family-style breakfast together in the morning in the well-prepped kitchen (cookware and the like, we went grocery shopping for food). The price is a little high for me, but it was a nice enough experience that I'd come back if I had a large group again and the opportunity arose. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

Kristen was awesome and very communicative. The house was perfect for our large group we all had privacy but also space to hang out together. Very close to our snow activity. We would definitely recommend.

Fun in the Poconos

Family and friends, 8 adults and 8 children from ages 6 to 15 enjoyed the house with plenty of room to play games and sleep. The host was responsive, house rules were reasonable and easy to follow, and the check-in process was quick. Location was close to skiing and snow tubing. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

This is a lovely, well-maintained home, fully equipped for groups of 12-14. It offers plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table, karaoke setup, poker table, and hot tub (which we couldn't use due to the weather). Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway!

Birthday party perfection

The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet House was absolutely beautiful and perfect for entertaining a large amount of people The rooms were spacious and plentiful And every single amenity listed was available to be used Overall a 100/100 rental and hope to rent from her again next year !

Great weekend with friends

We stayed here with a large group of friends, and the house matched the description perfectly! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, which made for a cozy atmosphere. The game room was a highlight, and the karaoke machine added so much fun to our evening. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and check-out were flexible, making our trip even smoother. Highly recommended!

Birthday weekend

This was our family’s 2nd time staying at the property, we went for our daughter’s birthday weekend. The house is cozy, they have pretty much everything you need as far as linens, towels, utensils, etc. We definitely plan on returning. The kids had so much fun, we had ages 13,13,8,7,3 also our two 23 year olds. The host Kristina is great! Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing

We are very satisfied with our stay, the house was perfect! All necessities were provided for us, so we weren’t missing anything. The rooms were extremely well maintained and comfortable for each of my family members. The neighborhood is greatly secured as you can only enter the area through the gates with a pass. The host, Kristina, was excellent and answered any questions asked, such great communication! Would recommend staying here!!

Excellent stay in the Poconos

Wonderful area, lots of activities both on and off the property, and just about every necessity you could need provided. Kristina was also very friendly and prompt when answering any questions and reached out to make sure our stay was great! Only real complaint is there is no AC unit that we found in the movie room, so having a lot of people in there can make it get hot quickly.

Big Cozy stay

It could have been clearer that to meet the number of sleepers, a bed or two might need to be shared. The pullout couch did not have a mattress. We quickly adapted and had a great stay. Deck is AWESOME, hot tub great, kitchen also nice. We would stay again!

Beautiful house, calm location, amazing host

This house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! All amenities listed where there and ready to use! Our group of 16 adults slept very comfortably in all of the beds. Kristina responds very quickly and was very helpful with our stay! Loved this place and would stay again!

Very nice and fully comfortable house

The house is very nice and fully packed. Has all house needs for customers, which was a surprise for me. Usually other houses don’t have some thing available for customers, but this house has everything. So you don’t need to bring with you the plates, or towels, or other things just a food. We enjoyed the hot tub, karaoke and much more things provided for customers.

Clean and spacious

Plenty of space! Stayed for 3 nights 4 days. 13 people total 5 adults and 8 kids ages from 9-13. We all had our owns spaces and never felt on top of each other. We all enjoyed the pool table, poker table and jacuzzi. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and linens . Close to attractions, will book again for our next PA trip.

Relaxing poconos getaway

House was perfect for a getaway. It was fully stocked with kitchen items, had lots of rooms and fun amenities. Some of the appliances did need some updating, but that was definitely not our focus. Highly recommend!

Family Pocono Weekend

Overall, our family group of 7 were satisfied with the weekend rental. It was spacious and comfortable and the back deck was awesome. We all enjoyed a lot of time in the hot tub. Suggestions for the owner: Multiple doors don’t close or lock correctly. That led to privacy issues and a toddler opening them constantly and wandering in there. Instructions for operating things like the hot tub, tv remotes, and electrical problems with master bedroom electricity cutting off and multiple light switches controlling lights in a very confusing way. While these issues were minor, they were also kind of annoying.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful weekend at the house. Check in process did not take long as we had sent all the information prior as requested. House was located centrally in the poconos area. Everyone loved the game room and the kids had a great time at the house - especially with the karaoke machine. Hot tub took a long time to be able to use as it was very cold out and we had to buy dry fire wood to be able to use the fire pit.

A good time..

The home is beautiful, spacious & lots to do. It listed with paper supplies & hardly any way there. Garage bags were not there & not enough of towels. We had to shop 3 times for stuff that was said to be there. You need to go to a visitors center to obtain a pass which is inconvenient. Once you get sorted it is a lovely stay.
