The private balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, 1st master bedroom suite and 2nd master bedroom suite and is the best place to view dolphins jumping while enjoying your morning coffee or enjoy the most beautiful sunset over the gulf.




Our unit offers spectacular views from the kitchen, dining area, and family room. We visit often and make every effort to ensure the unit is well kept and clean.

So that your vacation is worry free, we provide many extras.....a full size washer and dryer, a set of on the beach lounge chairs with umbrella, 4 + beach chairs to carry to and from the unit, sand and water toys, books, games, portable crib/pack & play, wireless internet, and many kitchen appliances. We also are happy to provide you with a list of some of the places that have become our favorites over the past 25 years!!

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers beautiful grounds, a golf course, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, parasail, banana boat, Kyak, Chartered boats), full service restaurants and bars, Edgies ice cream and coffee shop, gift shop, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour security.

EBR is conveniently located to countless activities. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf and a game room all easily within walking distance. Pier Park is a short 5 minute drive. Hands down our best family vacation. The condo is in a very large resort. I was leary of staying in a condo as we usually rent single family units. The condo is and end unit with spectacular views and felt extremely private.The space was perfect for our family of 5. Owners thought of every possible thing we needed right down to a french press.We enjoyed the gym facilities and I'm pretty sure my husband and oldest son are now pickle ball fanatics.Didn't really use pool or hot tub but spent most of our time at the beach. Beach chairs were a huge bonus.Literally cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit.Thank you so much for having us!We took adva

Great location. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, and onsite event center. Amazing views and easy beach access. 4 adults and 3 kids stayed and there was plenty of space for sleeping and lounging around. Balcony is massive! A few minor maintenance fixes needed but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this unit. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The reserved chairs were fantastic, and we enjoyed the other beach chairs, too! The view of the ocean was wonderful.

Wonderful stay!

We love the Edgewater Resort & this unit was exceptional. We loved the quieter location in Tower 2 not overlooking the main pool, but only steps to get there. It was perfect. The unit is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. It had everything we needed including pans, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, beach chairs and toys, etc. We'd love to stay in this unit again and again!

First time in Panama

Overall, the condo was as listed, good quality and good neighborhood. Offered, in the condo closet, beach chairs and umbrella, which was very convenient to take down to the beach. June was a perfect time to vacation there, wasn't too hot yet. Condo was on the corner which provided privacy.

Property wash just as pictured. Very nice and clean. My family and self enjoyed our stay and hopefully will make this an annual trip. We did have a few issues. There were no black towels in the bathroom as advised for makeup removal, the floor threshold at bedroom 1 was broken, some dishes and pots weren't clean, ice and water dispenser had bugs, and i found food and kool-aid drink pouch in a drawer.

spectacular views

Love the end unit balconies very roomy as was the unit itself the only complaint I would have is that the railings on the balcony in tower 2 are spaced farther apart than the other towers for smaller children. The owners were very nice and could get in touch with at any time and the unit was well equipped with cooking utensils and starter things had a great experience with the family

The condo was nice. Bathrooms could use an update, lots of mirrors (dining room wall, living area, and in bathtub/shower). Closet doors in one bedroom was completely off track, and there were unnecessary items left in closets (home decor-pictures, a piece of foam (?) etc.) Patio door from one of bedrooms couldn’t be opened. It could really be beautiful with a few updates.

Great experience!

We had a great experience with this rental unit … it included everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for preparing meals and as an added bonus even had spices, cooking oils, etc (many rentals throw everything away and it was great to have some basics!). There were also beach chairs we could use which was appreciated because even though there were rental chairs and an umbrella available on the beach, we were staying with several other families who were spread out across the various towers so we met in the middle every day. Communication was great, answering questions about the unit, resort and general area. We enjoyed the large balcony when the storms rolled through. The gulf wasn’t very cooperative the week we went but we still had a very enjoyable week! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful property

Owner was very accommodating and kind. Had a couple issues when we got there that were attended to immediately. This property is absolutely beautiful. The windows and view are stunning. Everything we needed for our stay was there and plenty of room for our family of 6 adults - one couple and four singles. The room to hang out and eat/play cards/enjoy the balconies and view is very nice. The property at large offers a lot as well with the dining, swimming, and lounging options. We would definitely book this property again!

Great location

The condo is on the 4th floor on the end which felt even more private. Wrap around porch with great ocean views. The cleanliness was good. It could use some updates: lighting could use an upgrade as it is pretty dim in each room and some outdated stuff but no biggie. Previous guests and/or the owners have some stuff in the condo which was nice. We left some toys, an inflatable baby pool, seasoning, etc. as well. The main beach access isn't that far of a walk but there is a tram (golf cart) that employees use to drive people throughout the resort. That was very nice for my Mother. The only negative is: you get two beach chairs with an umbrella included in your stay. They are in front of the leeward and windward buildings. The employee, Chad, with Ed's Beach Service, was extremely hostile and confrontational that we could not use that company for safety. We ended up spending roughly $500 on beach chairs that are in front of the main beach access. That company was super nice! You do get them from 8 to 5. It would be nice if the owners could contact the resort itself about that situation as there were several people that complained. Not a negative to the owners for this condo but it definitely needs addressed. Highly recommend!!

Can’t wait to stay again!

This condo had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. It was clean and we laughed often during the week that this unit probably had the best air conditioning we have ever had while staying at the beach. The pictures listed don’t do it justice for the size. TVs are in every bedroom which is great as well for those lazy afternoons when you want to relax inside. Can’t wait to rent this unit again.

The balcony faces both south and east so you can sun worship, while other members of your party retreats to the shade. The 525-square-foot wrap-around balcony, the largest at Edgewater also provides a nice cross-breeze to make even the hottest day tolerable. The balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs for outdoor dining, relaxing with a good book, or just enjoying one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water and shimmering, crystal white sand of the Gulf beaches.

What makes this property unique

With access to so much golf, dining and beautiful beaches it was easy to see why this is our home away from home. We enjoy this area so much that we also manage another 2BR/2BA unit overlooking the Lagoon Pool on the tenth floor of Tower 1 so that our entire family could vacation here with there families from time to time. This truly is a special place with lots of memories!
