Listing was exactly what we got! Theres a ton of room here, yard was very entertaining (even in winter) and the decoration was very thoughtful. Pool toys and towels available, EV charger, games, and garage access. Our infant used the available crib which was already set up in the huge walk-in closet for us, saving us the use of an additional bedroom. Great set up. Host was ultra responsive and check out was VERY simple. All beds are memory foam which was tricky for some of our older bodies and pots/pans are a little minimal. Kids are begging to come back to THIS HOUSE.
This house was so cute! The check in/out process was easy. The house was very nice. It felt cozy but also very spacious and had plenty of cool activities for our group (game cabinet, lawn games, putting green, arcade game, etc). Overall we all had a great stay!
Our mutli-generational group of family and friends stayed comfortably in this lovely home. It is decorated thoughtfully (just like the pics!) and offers lots to do on property between the pool, spa, and putting green. The layout of the rooms allowed for our older adults to not have to use the stairs and a low lip shower entry in the primary was great for their use as well.
There were a few issues with the cleaning upon check in (prior guests had left items/trash that were not detected in cleaning) but the host responded quickly and appropriately to all concerns. The host was very responsive in all communication. I think we just caught them on an off day. We would recommend and stay again. It really is a lovely place!

We were traveling out to Sacramento for a family reunion. We had up to 6 teens and 5 adults at the house on any given night. There was plenty of space in the common areas for everyone to be comfortable. We had family meals, played games and sat and talked for hours. The beds were very nice and the hot tub was great. The location was central to everything and very convenient to restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.
Really enjoyed our stay. The place was close to the RR museum, Old Town SAC, the ZOO, and the Crocker Museum of Art. All were worth the visit. And the swimming pool and hot tub were great to relax in. Plus the grocery store was almost in walking distance.
Our family and significant others stayed here for a wedding. The house fit all of us very well and we never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The outdoor fire place was great for the cool nights. Close to a grocery store and a nice park with a small farmer’s market on Sunday morning.
If you have a large group, I would recommend bringing some beach towels for the pool. Otherwise, the house has pretty much everything you need.
We enjoyed the lovely home and outdoor space with our family of six adults and two children (two years and one year old). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the TVs were great for watching March Madness basketball. The kids liked playing in the two side yards. We were close to some family-friendly activities (the Sacramento Zoo and Fairy Tale Town) and downtown events for a family wedding. CVS and Safeway were also just a short walk away. Rashad was a great communicator and provided us with a comprehensive and professional electronic welcome packet beforehand.
We have an annual get together, and this was the perfect place! Nice big table to gather 'round, fun decor, plenty of sleeping areas. It rained most of the time so we couldn't enjoy outdoor fireplace, but had a great time inside.
We came to Sacramento when the atmospheric River storms occurred. We had never heard of this phenomenon before. The weather was severe enough that the bulk of our outdoor activities were canceled.
Fortunately, the home was laid out nicely for many indoor family activities. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining room was huge with super comfy chairs, the open concept kitchen/living area had lots of clever seating options for games, movies and dining. Our two gamer sons especially enjoyed the well appointed upstairs bonus room. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice as well.
The property is private and although it was too cold to use the pool, it certainly looked inviting.
We also appreciated that we had full access to the garage and laundry.
On the one occasion that we did have to reach out to Rashad, he was quick to respond and remedy a minor issue.
Thank you, Rashad!
