Springtime Retreat is conveniently located off Hwy 321, a mere 3-block walk from a bite to eat at Flap Jack’s Pancake Cabin, Hungry Bear BBQ or Whole Earth Grocery & Café in Gatlinburg.
This 2 bedroom cabin with king and queen-sized beds and an over-sized Jacuzzi is a comfortable haven for 2-4 people. A wood-burning fireplace, two cable televisions and WiFi make for cozy evenings in after hamburgers on the grill out back. Warm wood planking and traditional log walls both add a charm that says “you’re in the mountains now”!
We highly recommend relaxing in the hot tub on the deck or sipping coffee and listening to the song of the birds filling the fresh mountain air. You’ll forget you’re so close to town! Level parking means it’s easy to unload your family vehicle upon arrival. You’ll also appreciate the washer & dryer, especially if you stay is extended. This cabin is perfect for two couples or a small family!
If you prefer vacationing with other couples or families, Springtime Retreat is an excellent choice when paired with additional vacation rentals. It’s location is adjacent to Autumn Mist, Summer Song and Winter Haven cabins.

This cabin was the best deal I've scored in a while! It was my partner daughter, & myself. There could easily be room for 2 more people. Favs: the GIGANTIC mirrored jacuzzi tub off the master bedroom (i dream of this tub & the mountain view out the windows!! 🥹. The main bath/shower was good too.Wishes: another toilet would've been very convenient at times
We loved this place. The cabin had everything we needed including washer/dryer. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck. Was close to town (could walk if really needed to) but yet far enough away. The only issue we had was trying to get turned around in a tight spot to be able to park (but that was because others didn't read the "no parking sign"). Would highly recommend!
Although small and on the older side, this cabin suited my new mother and sister in law just perfect! The location was so close to town and very clean! Beds are a little hard but overall they had a great stay!
The property was great and in great location, the temperature of house was little warm because it was 105 heat index and was just plain hot, loved seclusion and was still in great location close to strip. House little musty but overall very clean
Close to everything! Hidden in trees above town and surprisingly quiet. Balconies are private even with neighbors. Not as shiny new as some cabins we’ve had but everything you need and a lot of room. Great pizza down hill, Flapjacks across street, very convenient. Couple bears roamed the area which was cool to watch. Just a great vacation. All the cabins we’ve had this is what we will book again.
This cabin was within walking distance from Gatlinburg downtown. It was clean, had a jacuzzi, full kitchen and a small washer/dryer combo asa bonus. It was everything the family needed.
Its a very nice location, walking distance to the main strip. Its our second time staying there. A family of Black Bears were roaming the area. We got to watch bear cubs climbing the tree by the deck, my kids loved seeing the wild life. Only issue I found was the condition of pots and pans, skillets were pretty much unusable from years of wear and tear. This kinda ruined our plans of making breakfast each morning. But other than that, the rest was fine.

They need to upgrade their sheets & covers. Need instructions on how to operate the TV. Better cleaning on the deck. Need to upgrade their living room & deck furnitures. Need new hangers too. Overall, the house is clean & water supply is perfect. Will definitely recommend to friends.
The most gorgeous views in the morning, feels like a treetop cabin. We fit four adults and two big kids very easily. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and check in was very easy.
My daughter (50+) and myself (79) totally enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was so clean and up to date but still had the rustic feel we were wanting. Hated to leave. The hot tub was a great way to relax after ALOT of walking in the day.
We had an absolute perfect stay in your cabin. We couldn’t have been happier with the cabin itself and the location was great. We walked to the main strip of gatlinburg and everything was close by. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely look into this place again in the future
The cabin was clean and obviously well kept, it was for mine and my partners honeymoon as well as my birthday and even though we had to leave early due to a family matter the stay was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be booking again!
The cabin was cool and had a great deck in the back with a hot tub overlooking a wooded hillside. About a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The stay was great overall but perhaps the best thing was that we didn't have to deal with a large rental company. The owner's phone number was on the door and they answered every time.
Very cute, great porch, everything you need is there. Walking distance to the strip. It only has one bathroom and a big jacuzzi tub in another room. Only improvement I would suggest is a second bathroom but it was delivered as advertised.
We enjoyed everything this cabin has to offer; from the complete kitchen, great water pressure, two bedrooms, spa tub, to the great hot tub on the back porch, that we used several times a day. After walking to downtown Gatlinburg to shop and have fun, we soaked our sore muscles in the hot tub. There are so many great places near walking distance to enjoy without having to pay for parking. We were in contact with the property owners throughout our stay and though there is a black bear wild in the neighborhood, we never got to see it. We will definitely come again, but with thermal binoculars to see him! Thank you for a wonderful vacation away from life.

Needs work
The cabin is clean however it does need some work. The hot tub is out dated, the light doesn't work which is no biggie however the jets are not powerful either. Both beds are very hard and u can feel every spring. The biggest problem is the only lock on the door is the dead bolt so anyone with a key can come in on you. We had a misunderstanding when the property owners grandson sent the maintenance man to our cabin. We didn't know this guy and he didn't explain who he was and we didn't know why he was at our place to look to our hot tub. Turns out he was sent to the wrong cabin. The problem was that was not explained to us until the next day, and although im sure this guy was a nice guy however my daughter and I staying there alone. I called and had to leave a message to see if the property owners had sent someone to our cabin, i also emailed the same question. I Did not get a call back and got an email at 630 the next morning. They did apologize for the confusion, however it was still a sleepless night on our last night since we didn't have an opportunity to get any information on who this man was and why he showed up at our cabin. I feel like an extra lock on the door would have made us feel a little more safe and secure! Not to mention better communication with everyone involved! Mistakes happen however these people that work on these cabins are strangers to those of us that are stay there!!
